Luke has been such a wonderful helper. From the first moment at the hotel until the end, he been assisting and making everything smooth and possible.. we couldn’t really ask for more. He’s Such a great,friendly, amazing person. The property is great with lots of facilities It’s a great fit for all adults and kids and so my family including 2 kids, my husband and myself had great time

Food variety is satisfying but quality is significantly low.. waiters are looking you as a tip box.coiffiure , massage therapist and tour seller guy are always insists selling you sth..no thank you is not even make sense for them :). Animation night activities were amazing but daytime they are chasing beautiful girls and ignores the rest 😅 . Lastly receptionist aziz is bigger than all problems .if you want perfection you may pay triple 🥰

Reception staff was very helpful and friendly,specially mr.aziz and Luca helped too much about our early check in chech out process..pools rooms bed comfort and room cleaning service also good.

Never been a fan of all inclusive hotels, but Royal Moderna has surpassed our expectations. From the reception, custom relations, restaurant staff, housekeeping, entertainment staff and lifeguards with more, has taken super nice care of us. We could not have asked for better treatment as guest. Every time we entered the restaurant they greeted us with a big smile and made sure we did not miss anything and joked with the kids, as the rest of the staff also did anywhere we went. Making us feel very welcomed. The premises in and outside was kept to a high standard, they even routinely disinfected the sun beds. The junior suite that we got, had great beds, nice living room, walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom. All kept super clean. Even making a new towel animal every day, to great enjoyment for the kids and us. We enjoyed us so much at the hotel, that we extended our stay with two more days. Thanks to Lucas at custom relation and all of the rest of the staff at Royal Moderna for making us feel like family. Hopefully we have a chance to come back.

It was hard to find a place by the pool with shade. It would be better if the hotel put more umbrellas out. We definitely had to get an early start if we were going to find lounge chairs with umbrellas. Otherwise, we waited until the slides were turned off for lunch and people left to go eat, which meant we would have to skip lunch or eat very late.

We stayed for 6 days at the beginning of May and had a great vacation. The food was excellent and had a large variety. There are also typical dishes that children enjoy such as pizza, pasta, and tons of dessert. The water park is a lot of fun for children and adults since there are slides for every age. Also, if you just want to swim or relax at the pool, there are several swimming pools to choose from. I have visited many Red Sea beaches, and one thing to note is that the sand is always full of shells and small rocks. That did not bother us at all. We relaxed on beach beds in the shade while the children played in the shallow water. The water was full of small fish and fun to snorkel. We also went swimming in the ocean at the end of the pier. Finally, the night shows were great. There was something different each night, with Colombian dancing, belly dancing, a fire show, even Bollywood dancing.

The only problem was with the Wifi connection , first problem was that we had 3 mobile phones, 2 tablets and 1 laptop and it was not possible to connect all in the same room number. second problem was the Wifi re-connections but also the speed (however I feel that it is the normal speed by the Internet provider and not a Hotel Issue). For sure that did not affect our vacations as there are much more things to do and spare your time than passing your time on Internet! And Remember that you are ON VACATIONS!!! Once again , for sure we will visit again the resort!

We passed 10 days in the resort. We booked the Family room , that has 2- bedrooms and is really spacious. Staff is really friendly, communicative and helpful form the restaurants to the beach and around the resort. There are a lot of choices for food during the day. Also there is a team with organizes happenings either at pool/sports/terrace that fills in your day. Additionally there is a company inside the hotel that offers you various activities, ATV, ride camels, snorkelling, diving , Beduins etc that are really professional , we booked most activities with Yahia, but also his colleagues are really kind and helpful. It was a regenerating experience with my family and it is sure that we will visit again Sharm el Sheikh.

I wish there was solution for mosquitoes which managed to get into our room and made the last two nights our stay horrible

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the great facilities to the exceptional staff and clean rooms, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Traveling with an infant was easy in the hotel. There was something for every age group. The family-friendly activities were good with both our little one and us. We were upgraded to a pool view room due to a delay in our travel plans. The gesture was truly appreciated and added an extra level of luxury to our stay. The food options were equally good, with a wide variety of choices. The kids' buffet was a standout feature and made dining with our little one a stress-free experience. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay at this hotel. We highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The Beach

Firstly, I want to extend my sincerest thanks to everyone who made our holiday truly memorable. The delicious food and the attentive service were particularly appreciated. Special thanks to the kitchen staff, including Chef Ashraf, Ahmed at the reception, Waleed in F&B, Chef Sayed, and Mohamed in F&B, for their exceptional efforts. I also want to express gratitude to all the animation staff, including Chef Animation, Titi, Pablo, and Abdel, for keeping us entertained. And let’s not forget the lifeguards who ensured our safety. It was truly a superb holiday, thanks to each and every one of you!

in general the food were good fresh with different menu, the beach restaurant had low quality food ( the meat of burger was mixed with basturma meet and have bad taste and smell ) also the pizza were low quality. I advised the hotel to change his policy and to improve the food quality on the beach restaurant , the rest of restaurant were amazing.

The staff were amazing friendly and helpful , the rooms were new clean , the aqua park and swimming pool were perfect, clean and big hotel with different activities for children and adult , the were good clean and fresh different dishes . Strongly recommend .

Mr Mohamed Sami(reception) , Ahmed Mohamed(housekeeping), Ahmed Yahia(colombus bar) and all staff are very professional, helpful and amazing. Clean spacious rooms, wonderful scenery, everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my time. I highly recommend it
