Be aware that this hotel isn’t super close to the city centre. This makes it a really quiet place but you need to take a taxi if you want to get into the city. The shower didn’t always drain properly. We didn’t get the room with the balcony so our view wasn’t like the pictures but we could still see the sea.

The location was very quiet and at the beach. It also had this lovely little dock where you could see the sun set, we went there every evening to relax. The staff was very polite (including the cats on the premises)

Reception lady very rude, no helpful at all. The attitude she give me was way far away from customer service While you booking in it does say Table , chair, WiFi Well we didn't have nothing When we ask in reception about at least 1 chair so we can seat , the respond we get was shocking "For the money you pay , you want chair is well ? You need to pay extra for that" Plus our balcony door was broken , didn't closed Pool looking great but was out of use :(

The room is quite noisy from the street, and from being near the Mosque ( be ready to wake up at 4.50am !) ; the shower is quite tired and the water would sometimes stop unexpectedly.

The pool is amazing ; good wifi by the pool ; good access to the beach ; the room itself is a bit outdated and definitely not luxury ( the studio doesn’t have cooking facilities) , but all in all , it’s great Value for money , and if you are not expecting 5 star service , then this place is well worth it

The owner chose to not give beach towels in the room. There's 1 chair to sit outside and 1 chair at the breakfast bar. Ashtray would be nice. Knives that cut would also be nice. The drain from the shower is clogged. Did notice there was a second drain outside the shower. Perhaps it is a common thing. You can only access the water of the private beach by a wayfair or by wearing aquashoes.

The staff is genuinely helpful and interested to make you feel at home. Thank God the hotel was able to provide us with a beach towel. The view is phenomenal. The apartment is spacious and all lightnings work. There are shops and restaurants on the main street. There was no noise on the property at night. Talabat has several restaurants that deliver to Royal Beach. Hope this helps the next person who wants to book to make a decision. God bless u

From the balcony,although nice sunset views over mountainous horizon in the evening.The actual view was over new appartments being built next door .I'm not fussy, so I took it as was told it would be quiet .Not so,constant banging and dust daily ,so balcony rarely used .I did ask to be moved to pool view as booked . After several times, I gave up . Was told none available in this large complex, not busy building. Also disappointed with serviced rooms section . The first couple weeks OK after 2 staff cleans (solo male 1 a week was OK for me ) was told there would be a charge 300Ep for any more. If I was abusing service like every 2 days I could understand. Was Disappointed with this.as I stay in many S/C appartments in hurgada .50 Ep being most previously charged . Cleaning tools in bathroom brush mop dustpan.Loads of time to kill. Turned into a bus man holiday. With warmer weather lol.

Nice quiet setting,out of city center. Lovely pools with nice snack /soft drinks bar to lower level pool /beach area .Beach is OK Room was OK. The internal of the build was tidy looking with open roof nice views ,and nice entrapped garden areas to view along corridors.

Dirty floors. They tried to clean it but didn't wash it well, so all floors were sticky because of shampoo. So, we had to spend a couple of hours trying to make it possible to walk there without shoes.

There is no wifi in the rooms above ground level. I had to go to the beach for a Zoom meeting I had, and the wifi wasn't working very well either so I eventually switched to mobile data.

Pool and beach are very nice and clean. There are many kite surfers due to the strong wind. At low tide the water level at the beach is very low, but there is a pier to help you reach deeper water. If you're interested in marine life there is limited snorkeling to be done, but interesting nonetheless. Species I saw include: sea cucumber, shrimp, sandperch, baby pufferfish, and crabs.

Bathroom was a bit outdated but for that price good value for money.

Nice and quiet. Staff was really helpfull. Nice lokal food in the street. It's nice to have contact with the locals in the shops and if you want to have a drink you can go to a rooftop hotel nearby or mexican bar.

The Air conditioner wasn't working, they gave me a room without window, only one window on the stairs which you cannot open .. the beach was shallow water not good for swimming I had to go to another hotel for a day use so I can enjoy the water.. when I arrived I had to wait more than 3 hours to take the room and do the check in , and when I wanted to check out they asked me to wait till they check on the room and when the house keeping man came back he asked me if I did broke 2 cups of glasses that were never in the room when I checked in

There is nothing I didn't like. For the price I thought it was great.

Having read such bad reviews previously my expectations were low so the place was a lovely surprise. Our room was fairly spacious and clean. We had a lovely view too. The staff were so nice - it was a mad windy night and my daughter was not feeling well and they kindly gave us an extra duvet and pillow. The pools looked great but due to the weather we couldn't use them. Breakfast was OK, coffee was excellent! Beach was lovely too, shame it was so windy but it was great to watch the kitesurfers. I would say it would be an excellent place for kite surfers to stay in particular as they can launch of the beach.
