Entertainment noise is most unpleasant and intermittent both day and night. We thought we were lucky as we requested a quiet room and ours was far from the pool area (entertainment central) but even with room doors shut, you can still hear/feel it. Some events are also beachside. It sometimes makes lounging by the sea unpleasant. Bring earplugs if you sleep before 11. Hotel repairs and pulling down of the entertainment stage happen some nights. So after the loud concert finished after 11, they also hammered down the lights and stage area. The beach bar had repairs and sawing/chain sawing after 9.30pm. Many guests don’t respect the hotel rules of “no personal electronic devices making noise”, and even carry personal speakers, unfortunately. Prime location sun beds are taken around 630am or before If the weather is too windy, it is very difficult to get into the water as the hotel has a plastic jetty that sits on the water rather than a wooden jetty/pier.

Very helpful staff- Mohamad Nabeh was particularly helpful, checking in before and after after our arrival to offer help. The staff are constantly checking if you are happy or if they can help. Everywhere is clean, the beaches; the gardens, changing cabins, toilet facilities- all are cleaned daily Beach loungers are high quality, comfortable and cleaned daily. Food- Mediterranean kitchen was our favourite and the food suited our Turkish styles (it was better than both the other restaurant which was more suited to Russian palate, and the a-la -cart Culina restaurant)

Buffet not too bad, limited but delicious. All staff in the bar, beach and resturant were asking you "where are you from" without saying hello, that was quite disturbing..

The rocks on the Red Sea made it hard to swim at the beach. Which of course is nature and we can't help that but just to be aware if you want a beach vacation the beach at this hotel is rocky.

Even though there were 3 different restaurants, dish range could be more. Chefs were very friendly and helpful too, but since dishes seperated into 3 restaurants, diversity in one restaurant goes less. However overall, meals were good

We stayed in room 1262 and hotel staff had always smiling face, especially housekeeping and lobby staff. They were very friendly and helpful, hygiene on the room was great.

Very good entertainments during evenings in English, Russia and Arabic. Belly dancing, tanoura, mr hotel contest. Best cappucino of all times, thanks Waleed. Palms are relaxing and they are everywhere!! Last but not the least Thanks Mohammed Haseeb for giving us late check out option and having us until our late flight to Cairo. Highly appreciated!

Excellent location, very big hotel. The manager Mr Mohammed was very kind and interested everything personally. All of personnel were great. There are a lot of option to do in thr hotel. When we stayed at the hotel it was Ramadan festival so every room was booked. But again they allowed us to use the restourants and the pool and the everything until our flight at midnight.

The food quality is average. It's not bad, but it's not particularly perfect either.

The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The egg and pizza guy, Saban, is a kind person. The entertainment calls are not too persistent, which is a good thing. Chill and lovely musics, good view.

In general, there is not a lot that we did not like, compared to all the good aspects. All in all, we had a very nice time at this hotel. We stayed ten nights (plus) and while we like the taste of the food with its spices, it got very repetitive, especially the vegetarian food options - I would have wished for more vegetarian meals (instead of food components such as rice/ vegetables). Once mentioned in the end, the executive chef prepared a vegetarian dish for me that I really liked - thank you! One suggestion: You could vary the process of preparation a bit, e.g. for the Thai noodles (which you can find in different types nearly every day - with chicken, meat or seafood): you could cook the vegetables and noodles with the sauce first, put some aside (for vegetarians like me) and then add the meat in the end. Since the cooks cook in front of your eyes, I suggested that to one of the cooks, but either he didn’t understand or his task was to mix it with the meat so he did - I don’t know. This was a bit disappointing because I love Thai noodles and I know from other hotels that when you tell them you wish to have this dish without meat while they prepare it in front of you, they always are happy to do so for you. Also, the dessert options look very nice but do not taste that good. The Arabic ones are much better than the cakes. Apart from that, the music of the entertainment/ other guests can get a bit annoying. Luckily, we have noise cancellation headphones and used those most of the time when we wanted to relax at the beach/ pool. We understand that other guests like to hear techno music, but we prefer no music at all or very relaxing sounds since we did not come to make party but just relax, read, sleep etc.

We had a fantastic room with sea view in the first row - its location was really handy and the view was just brilliant! This was a very nice upgrade - thank you so much. On top of that, the location with the protected reef where you can spend your time snorkeling is perfect. There is really so many different fishes to see and the life guard does a great job taking care of the guests and ensuring that no one gets too close to the corals which is important to protect them. The whole resort has a beautiful garden and is quite large so you do not feel the amount of people (although fully booked). We always found a spot to sit etc. We chose this hotel in the first place for its outdoor gym which is really special for us to exercise outdoors - it can get pretty warm and the mosquitos also love you, but no other gym can beat this beautiful sea view and the windy chilled atmosphere. :) This is really special and can not found anywhere else. Also, the laundry service worked smoothly and all other requests were solved very efficiently. All in all, the staff is very friendly and try to help you at any time. They answer every question and get done every request very smoothly so I would say the management of the hotel does an excellent work. Most of the time it was easy to communicate although we do not speak Russian but a bit of Arabic and English. Special thanks go to Ms Dalia, Mr Mohamed Nabeh, all the receptionists and the life guards including the beach employees - they really try everything do make your stay most enjoyable! :) Thank you very much. :)

They have very attractive daily events, it’s great for family and friends group, but not for solo travelers who want to read books with ocean sounds… Better to request for a quiet room before check-in.
