Music laying on the hall was to loud, even after 22h00m which was unpleasant. Breakfast was not as varied as expected, but quality was good.

This beautiful hotel is centrally located in Alexandria. Staff is super professional. Our room was bigger than expected, with two very comfortable beds.

This is a luxury hotel located very close to the beautiful corniche of Alexandria. You can walk by the sea and in the area there are commercial streets and many restaurants to choose. There is the tramway line in front of the hotel which I used once. It's about 1 km to the Alexandrina Library, 3 km to the Qaitbay castle and 6 km to Stanley bridge. The room was good and comfortable with good wifi though a little bit noisy because of people passing in the street. Breakfast was good. Nice staff.

The internet connection is sadly not very fast. We could not connect to our online courses properly. Upgrade the wifi and internet and it's an excellent stay.

The Hotel is very well located. It is a 4 star hotel so you have a quite luxurious. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is a buffet with variety.

The bathroom door does not work. Can get locked from inside.

The room and the terrace. It was beautiful. The food and the hospitality we received. Location is in right in the middle of the town and lots of nearby restaurants. Our hotel is close to Alexandria hospital and university. Few local bakeries nearby.

there is no Iron to borrow, no toothbrush provided and there is no adapter to borrow for the charges of our phone as their sockets are different from the country we came from.

1-the room smells very bad also it was a back room with horrible view and too much noise 2- the towels were not clean their color was almost gray 3- there is no parking area and you have to park your car away and pay extra money

You needed to enter internet vouchers every hour for each device you have and the speed was very slow.

It's near to the mosque and lots of places to eat.. Best is there's a supermarket downstairs.. easy and convenient to buy all that u need.

We enjoyed the stay. The hotel is very nice and you can even say luxurious. Delicious breakfast, nice service. the hotel is close to everything and you can explore alexandria on foot. Very good value for money :)

Using the vacuum machines late at night and in the morning in the corridor was so annoying + the tram noise. I think this can be fixed by adding new PVC windows to prevent noise and other external stuffs + the room doesn't have a window in the bathroom or any kind of aeration and the swamp in the shower has a very bad smell.

The breakfast was soooo good, diverse, everything is super fresh and tasty specially the desserts. The room is very clean and well furnished. People at the reception were so nice and helpful.

The wifi was weak and you have to receive countless vouchers from the reception as the system logs you out incessantly. There was also an initial problem with our reservation when we arrived, as the hotel had received wrong information from booking.com but they were eventually able to figure it out.

Extremely helpful staff, special thanks to Mohammed Kholy at the reception, he was incredibly helpful. The rooms are huge, the hotel is extremely clean and has a great breakfast. One of the best stays we've had in Egypt.

Other than the breakfast room you could smoke literally anywhere in the hotel. There were chairs and tables in the halls outside the rooms with ashtrays. So a non-smoking room gets fumes from the hall. The smoke was always very thick in the hallway and reception.

Breakfast was nice. It was in a separate, non-smoking room with lots of very attentive staff. The room was very large and comfortable. The hallways to the room were the widest I’d ever seen. Mohammed at reception was very nice, professional and helpful.

Breakfast was good but could be improved. There's only one lift and it's a bit hard to use it as there's a lot of people using it.
