I didnt like the plastic glasses at bars which were broken and nibbled. But apart of it it was a very good value/price experience.

I really like the attitude of the personal, especially Hamid from reception - very thanks for his job! and also the other waitress. The coral reef was amazing!

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. The weather is perfect and the beach is very good. The food was yummy and the resturant has a very nice vipes. Perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Thank you all 🩵

That we didn’t stay longer

It was a amazing vacation! We are coming here for more then 10 years! The food in the restaurant is good! You have for everyone something. The stuff is really kind and want to help as much as they can Mr Ahmed the manager of the reception and Hossam are really kind and make our vacation complete! Mr Ashraf the manager from the bar gives us the 5stars treatment really so nice! The rooms are big and clean and the beds are sleeping amazing! The sea and house rif are so beautiful. Makky, Sulaimon and Sambo are really so nice and funny!

everything was amazing! we came to this hotel for a family vacation. There needed to be more clarity concerning the advertising as it showed all rooms with jacuzzis. My jacket was lost somehow in the transfer of luggage to the room, so really better if luggage is brought directly without having to wait for it to come later

The Breakfast and all meals were very very good. I am a vegetarian, but along with my food I saw there was good food for everyone. A big restaurant with a lot of places also to sit outside. The reef is fantastic. There is a shallow lagoon and then about 500 meters out the reef where the outer side of the reet is around 15-20 meters deep and their walkway goes all of the way out. Most touching is their dive center which on short notice arranged a special speedboat and taxi so I could go out to the special reef call Dolphin House. We saw so many dolphins. It felt lie 1 million dolphins there were so many swimming circles all around and jumping near the boat I was so so happy. There was a confusion in the room advertisement as the advertisement showed a room with a jacuzzi. The advertisement was wrong & as it was the mistake of people making the advertisement--the manager upgraded me to the royal suite to give the jacuzzi

There are a few things which could be improved. Bathrooms and facilities are quite tired, staff somewhat a mixed bunch of very nice and quite indifferent people; and you pay through the nose if you want to get anything which is not included in the all-inclusive package. Additionally, you get constantly hassled with sales of massages, trips, premium drinks, etc.

The hotel gives good value for money, while it is not a luxurious 5* experience, facilities, service and food is above what one would expect for the price. Food was good, varied and plentiful; loungers always available, rooms big and airy and the reef excellent.

I'd give the food 70% All inclusive, since u r Egyptian u can only have cola and ice cream In other hotels the "all inclusive" option is way better

Bring your own alcohol. Vodka and gin are undrinkable. Wine is undrinkable. Beer is ok to drink, but does it contain alcohol? Food is good. I come to Egypte alot always kitesurfing.

Compare to soma bay and el gouna, the kitespot is very tiny. Butttt the beach set up is best of them all! Beginner? Or families with no kiters? Pick this one. Kite area is only between 2 yetties. Our 12 y old daughter kited with Achmed on 2nd lesson!

I didn't like the fact that in all inclusive 5* the entertaiment team charged 5 Euro per person for a cobra show. (It is not about the price, but in principle that shouldn't happen for standard evening show especially it wasn't communicated before) In the bar my kids were chareged 1 Euro for popcorn and ice cream, where all alcohol and drinks were free. The local alcohol and drinks have much space for improvement.All the treatments and massages in Beauty Centre were very poor in quality.

it wasn’t worth the extra money. I am sorry I didn’t stay at one of the places in port ghalib. expensive to take a taxi to port ghalib. swimming was ok but snorkelling nothin special.
