To do the room in Modern design. The parking infront of the hotel is very busy for loading and unload.

Facilities were just perfect, quiet. Very clean. I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and that because you can find around anything you may need. Breakfast was wonderful. Special shout-out to Emad Hamdi in room service. Also to Yarra at reception and Ahmed.

The staff at breakfast time at the restaurant, they are slow, and rude. At the Oriental breakfast restaurant some named Abdelghani Rami is really rude, and has to pay attention, and stop harassing, because of him,I stopped going to the breakfast time to avoid him.

The room is good, clean, comfort, the location is good, the breakfast is not bad, not really rich especially for contintental and International, the Oriental side needs to be developped, the staff at the reception, and room service, and cleaning room are fantasctic exept the staf of breakfast, they re ruse, slow, and some do not hesitate to harrasse the women clients. They must be careful.

The decor with a bit tired especially the bedroom carpets and there was a lack of choice for evening dining although I will say the room service menu is good. Also, it seems to be a dry hotel which I wish I had known beforehand..

The structure is a bit dated, it would have been a luxury hotel in the 90s, but now it definitely needs renovation. The air conditioning in the room is very loud, I had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

Overall I had a very good experience. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom had all the necessary amenities. Special mention to the F&B team, who sent a small cake to my room when they were informed this was my birthday trip. Also, when I called to request a teabag, they sent me a fruit plate and some sweets as well. Very nice gestures.

loud dog barking in the neighbourhood made it very hard to sleep

Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay. We especially liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Amr, who was responsible for housekeeping on our floor, deserves special mention. He was always super friendly and took care of our well-being (clean room and towels, fresh drinking water every day, etc.). Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The only 2 downsides for me were the location and the breakfast. The location was very central but that also meant huge traffic jams during most of the day. It took me a couple of hours to be able to pick up my bag that evening (this is of course not influenced by the hotel). The breakast was okay but could definitely be improved. There was a lot of variety, but the coffee and some of the food didn't taste good.

My stay at the hotel was very short as I arrived at 3 am and so couldn't discover all the hotel facilities unfortunately. However, the staff was very nice, I received a free room upgrade, the bed was very comfortable and the stay was in general very nice :)

If we had to choose something to improve it would be the carpets in the room, as they were ready for replacing as they look old and some were stained but this didn’t affect us in anyway.

The staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurants was very tasty. They had good security which made us feel comfortable. The room was clean and good for the few nights we were there.
