Not clean at all. Dirty floor in the room. Actual mud. Also in hallway. Dirty towels, dirty sun beds around the swimming pool.

The staff was very very friendly. The location near the marina with restaurants and shops was perfect. 3 minute walk away.

It was dirty everywhere. The chairs around the pool had dirt and mud on them. They only sprayed water on them to clean, did not brush them. The floor in room was dirty. Actually muddy. After coming out from shower there was dirty foot prints. In the hallway you could see muddy prints all over. Such a nice location, such nice staff, they have great potential to be so good. Such a pity they don’t clean properly. So easy to fix. Towels have brown stains on them. Sheets in bed had stains on them. Cheap hotel yes. But things should still be clean.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night before going scuba diving in the Red Sea. 3 minute walk from the nice marina with restaurants and shops. 3 min walk from main street with all you need. Swimming pool very nice!

Elevator is not working😬 Kind of change with food and prices in the restaurant was so expensive with not so good quality. Try to change somehow with the breakfast Content,and quality of food.

The staff was helpful , we took a family room with a pool view but it was so narrow but it's OK. Location so good near to shops area and the new marina. Thanks for Mr.Abdelal the manager was helpful,restaurant staff, chef Ahmed ,and all stuff thanks a lot to make our stay comfortable.

I arrived to Hurghada late and arrived to the hotel at 2 a.m. The late check-in was no problem. The staff were very kind and they upgraded my room to bigger one without surcharge. The place was clean. The hotel has a great location next to the marina. It is away from the main road, so it is very calm. The breakfast is very basic, so if you are looking for a hotel with a variety of options this is not the place. To arrange for late check-out was no problem. I would recommend this hotel to travelers, that look for a quiet place near the marina and don't need it to be luxorious.

The location is perfect, nearby beach, marina with lots of great restaurants and a stone’s throw from the Main Street . Facilities at hotel are good-beautiful pool area. Pool table if you’re interested. Breakfast could be better.

All was amazing

Staff was amazing, especially Mr. Abdullaf at the reception, when we arrived we didn't like the first room offered so he upgraded us to a lovely suite. The stay was amazing and staff was helpful and professional. Upon departure that gave us lovely souvenirs. Many lovely beaches are nearby and you get all the help you need from staff. Food was tasty, not too many items but it's OK, the chef was great he even cooked my favourite dish. I've extended my stay and obviously I'll book there again.

They allow some quests to play music at the pool very loudly. WiFi at the reception sometimes does not work.

The personal was very nice and helpfull whenever we needed something. They made our stay much more pleasurable experience.

All same as last time i stayed all respectable. Manager even kept hold my top , cleaned it for me for ok price...All in all very good..... As a regular stayer at this hotel the only slight issue im having is that there is only CNN on the TV when they advertise satellite. I Don't see any reason why they don't tune in the MBc 2 movie channel which is on same frequency as CNN. I'll be requiring this on my return end of July, as at times some nights its nice to relax in the room with a bottle of wine and watch a movie without the constant cycle of news. It's an easy fix. So thanks again, all in all all ok but on my return the TV properly tuned in please with the movie channel . See you soon

The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The breakfast was fresh, light and healthy just what you need here to start the day...Pool is good size and clean.Large beautiful double bed, clean room excellent large shower, with soaps and nice large towels... Location great for beaches, marina and main strip round the corner ... Been coming here 10 years on and off great value.

Great location and awesome stuff, you can still see the charm of this place must have been really awesome years ago. Public beach, the marina and sheraton road just a tiny walk away.

Well it’s not the cleanest hotel I staid, but for the money I paid I can’t ask for more. The stuff where excellent friendly and trying to help me out. So 10 out of 10 for the staff and how they handle me.

You get a basic breakfast, no buffet, they serve you at the table.
