The mojitos can be improved by adding some mint and ice. Evening entertainment show was rubbish sorry to say.

Pools were very safe for all ages. I had taken my 6 children, they had staff and lifeguards by all the pools.Good variety of slides for all ages. We had a lot of fun. Minimal queueing, we could go on the slides again and again. Resorts were beautiful. Very safe water sports were easy to arrange.

I like a glass of wine with my dinner while on holiday, but all inclusive wine was awful. In bars they not always had required ingrains to make cocktails.

The resort is very well maintained, very clean. Gardens are beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean. We staid in Gardens Aquapark and have a lot of fun in the Aquapark and swimming pool. The area of the resort is big, and walk to the hotel’s private beach from our block was about 10 mins. Food was good. We could use the restaurants and bars of other two resorts and we liked the Club restaurant the best. A la carta restaurants worth to visit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Each of the staff we met was very gentle and helpful. I remember the names on reception desk Mustafa, Mahmoud, M.Sobhy and Sharaf (sorry for the typo) and the housekeeping guy Fares, but I am sure that the rest is also deserves to be mentioned. All the facilities are designed to please whole visitors.

Overall the food was okay, but there wasn't as much variety from meal to meal as I was expecting. After staying for a few days, I was eating the same stuff again.

The chefs were very willing to accommodate special dietary restrictions.

Just breakfast little bit weak opposite Turkish breakfast. They haven't enough Cheese and olive kinds but not special for this hotel, all hotels this like at country. Except this usually the breakfast was very good.

First of all, the hotel was very suitable for a holiday with children. It was in a way that could appeal to all ages. The hotel was very clean and house keeping services were also good. All staff were friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mahmoud at the pool bar for his smiling face and help throughout our holiday.

Lot's of mosquitos. Even if you closed the doors and balcony they can reach you in your room. Really annoying. Beach from Charmillion Gardens Aquapark is 6-10 minutes by walk trough sister hotel.

I stayed with my wife and two kids (6 & 9 years old) for 11 nights at the end of March, and we really enjoyed our stay; for this price, it is superb. The hotel is located in a group of two sister hotels, and you can use all of their services. Each hotel has a pool, main restaurant, a few thematic dinner restaurants, a playground, animators, day/night programs, bars, shops, and there is also one spa/fitness/hair-salon area. The main restaurant was good enough. The kids especially enjoyed strawberries, pancakes, and desserts. Many guests are from Italy, so they try to serve some Italian food (pizza, pasta), but it's challenging without olive oil and parmesan. Anyway, the food was a good mix of traditional, European, and Italian cuisine, and we really enjoyed it. The thematic dinner restaurants can be used twice for free if you stay more than 5 nights. In the restaurants, they serve red and white wine for free, but I definitely recommend buying a bottle if you are a wine lover. The beer is not too bad. In the bars, you can drink for free: non-alcoholic drinks like Fanta, Coca-Cola, soda, tea, coffee, ice sweet drinks, and local alcohols like rum, vodka, ouzo, gin, and they have beer on tap. For a fee, there is ice cream, strawberries, drinks in bottles, and billiards. In "Charmillion Gardens Aquapark," you have access to the aquapark with toboggans, which is super fun, and 80% of them were open at the end of March. The kids' pool in the Aquapark area was heated, but the main pool wasn't. Anyway, we used the other two pools in sister hotels, which were heated. The sister hotel has a pier with a lifeguard, so you can safely snorkel at the beautiful coral reef when the weather isn't too windy. My daughter also enjoyed kanekalon pigtails from the hair salon. The staff was also really kind and helpful; tips were optional. Internet was reachable throughout the resort.

quite windy weather in the end of March wifi available almost everywhere, but quite slow and only for 3 devices per room (not a problem for us)

amazing coral reef, nice sandy beach, very clean, large, beautiful and green area with very nice and helpfull staff. a lot of restaurants with wide variety of food, bars open almost 24/7 and a lot of pools very well equiped aqupark, SPA with sauna and massages, gym and a lot of other possible activities

All inclusive alcoholic drinks were limited. Great for the beer, vodka and rum drinkers but not for the cocktail lovers. Nothing a vodka and pineapple slush by the pool couldn't fix!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The main reception staff 'Ahmed' was super helpful and made our sons 5th birthday treat even more special with added touches that were simply priceless and son loved each day of his birthday treat. Thank you so much 'Ahmed' your a credit to Charmillion resorts

The pool in the garden hotel wasn't heated and the kids' aqua park wasn't warm enough for comfortable use, the same was true for the adults' aqua park and in the sea life hotel.

We had a largely enjoyable stay and experience during our stay. The staff was undoubtedly professional and kind particularly the guest relations team. The food was also great due to the variety and quality of the meals.

The sea was rocky as most of sharm hotels , but snorkling was great but you have to get your tools with you. I hope if they could provide snorkling tools for guests. It will be better if they can change the show time for one of the two so one starts after the end of other one.

It's a complex of three unseperate hotels. They upgraded us to suites and gave us a vip barclet which means you can eat ,sit and drink in any of their hotels but this maybe because the garden hotel was under renewable and its restaurant was closed. The food was good specially for vigiterians a plenty of vigiterian receipts are served in main restaurants ,best thing is Salads ,but you can find meat , chicken and fish in both lunch and dinner , one day they surved ducks and turkey another day there were crabs , and every day there is a barbeque. They have many a la carte restaurants free but with previous reservation. ,all kind of drinks are available in restaurants in the three meals . Snacks are available by aqua and sea . The show time is for one hour after dinner in two theaters same time but animation teams need improvement . The room was wide and tidy , aircondition was loud voice and they provide you in room was every single tool you may need including toothbrush and paste, shoes bolisher and needles . Last remark , club hotel was the newest, luxeriest and has the biggest reception and restaurant .

Towels are only exchanged from one booth. You'll need to have them before you head to the beach.

Staff were excellent, food was very tasty, the rooms were very clean and spacious. Facilities are available all the time. The aqua park was very fun and for all the ages. Definitely not my last time to visit. Got a loyalty card card for my next visit, which will give you extra discount.
