The breakfast was same every day, but if you ask for something else like fruit and yoghurt, they will make it available for the next day. The city center is about 1.5 km distant, i.e. 15 minute walk, but you can go with local taxi (blue and white) for about 1 Euro (50 EGP at January 2024). In the surroundings there are a lot of unfinished constructions, like in the rest of town, but they are not obstracting sea view.

Very quiet location, in front of the sea, with fantastic view of the reef. Very good location if you plan to take boat trip to the house of dolphins because the port is just a short walk. Place was clean for Egyptian standards. Kitchen was equiped with fridge, stove, microvawe and electric kettle, but few utensils. However eating out in the town of Marsa Alam is very cheap with variety of restaurants, so we never cooked.

If was all great, taking the price into consideration

We liked it so much here we stayed for two more nights than originally planned. Mohab was always helpful with daytrips and diving. Nice local neighbourhood away from the resorts, will get you the authentic experience. Walking distance from town. And of course the view!

As I told, it is a bit far away from the center. Transport is easy, just ask for it...

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The Apartment was quite big. I had nice experience and one of the best Gabbana I have ever had. It is a simple Apartment, a small kitchen with enough things to prepare a breakfast. The location is a bit away from the center, but transport is no problem. The restaurant area is nice and you always have a little wind from the sea. This is important in Egypt during summer. It is also a nice place for families... If you want to see more of Egypt.

Thanks to Mohab and his crew, we were able to spend 2 fun days in Marsa Alam. He was very helpful, whether it is for recommanding places, most of the time beaches, to go to or for finding us taxis. The hotel very much felt like our own house since we were very well welcomed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who would like to visit Marsa Alam and its surroundings ! A big thanks to Mohab again 😁😁

The hotel is 25 min walk away from the city center of Marsa Alam. There is no beach for swimming close to the hotel. The public beaches are a few kilometers far away. The hotel provides a transfer to the city center and also to the beaches for economic prices. It is a quiet area there.

Excellent hospitality. Mohab and his team were great. Very helpful and friendly. Whenever I needed something they helped me or answered all my questions. Gave me good advices. I booked the Deluxe Room with sea view which was actually a spacious apartment with a kitchen and living area and a spacious bedroom. From the bedroom is an amazing sea view and a balcony. In the apartment is all what is needed. It was very clean. Every morning was prepared a breakfast plate with a good variety of cheese, cold cuts, bread and salad. Also would be possible with fruits, if one asks for. The breakfast was until 11h a.m. The service and the food was great. Thanks very much to Hassan. The breakfast could be taken on the terrace. Really nice place to stay when one is looking to relax and like it quiet.

The breakfast is always freshly cooked and the portions are more than enough, the breakfast with the sea view was the prefect way to start the day. what really makes my stay exceptional was the relaxation I felt there , Highly recommended to anyone needs to relax in front of the sea view very far from any crowed. The staff also made my stay different Muhab is very helpful and decent also he organized for us the trips and transportations in the city , and the HK Noha was a very kind and joyfully. Overall the experience was magnificent, the staff, the view and the calmness everything exceeded my expectations.

1. Mohab is used to use lies to defend himself * when I told him the water is brown even i let it ran more than 15 minutes. he first said the whole Marsa Allam is like this which is a lie because I stayed the hotel next to them and the water was clean. then he switched off the hot water, letting only the cold water running which was clean. he was basically proving himself a lier. when the rust water is too true to manipulate, he changed his word into “only my room has brown water. “ if it’s true, why didn’t you give me another room instead of asking me to shower with brown water or cold water or giving me not fully refund and putting me in the situation that I have to look for another hotel when the sun is going down? just to be noticed that this lying behavior can happen to everyone who stays with him. * about the refund, his excuse was he cannot cancel the booking so no refund. and when I insisted cash refund, he used the excuse“don’t have enough € or $”to give me only partial refund. 2. Mohab has no respect to women. I left his place mainly because the brown water not including the dead cockroach and dirt everywhere. and he promised to give fully refund and one dinner as an apology which in fact I got not fully refund and in the dinner, he asked a lot of private and personal questions which made me very uncomfortable and insecure. he said only women said his place is not clean enough. then he also said I am surprised that you didn’t get crazy like other women he also asked me not to write a bad comment during the dinner, so the dinner is not for apology, more for sealing my mouth. *dinner is another lie: I ordered with him when I checkin and when I have to move to the hotel nearby, he said the dinner was ready which in fact i have to wait another 20 minutes till dinner on the table after I spent 1.5 hours in my new hotel. and few days later, when I complained with booking about not fully refund, he texted me after booking contacted him.
