The quality of food wasn’t the same like each time I went there (this is my 7th visit)

The stuff are very friendly, especially Moemen in the reception, he is very smily, helpful, he helps me al lot , he is the best . Hossam in the main restaurant , and all stuff of tiran restaurant

The food over all in the buffet and restaurant is not that fancy, no taste ,even the sweets need a big change. Taxi we booked for airport never showed up.

I traveled with my son at the age of seven I have been staying at this hotel for the fifth time in the last three years. Quality, smiling, friendliness, helpfulness by all staff, Landscape, nature, Wonderful beach, Wonderful Corals, Pleasant Snorkel, Meals, Vegan and gluten Free preferences, Real all-inclusive concept... So in short, everything is as beautiful as on the first day. I recommend it to both families with children and couples of all ages. For a peaceful, joyful, pleasant and safe holiday. On the last day of our holiday, my son and I were making plans to come again. I hope we can come. Thank you so much for everything.

Gluten free food options were limited and the labels a little confusing, I saw different labels on the same food so not sure if safe to eat. I ordered a GF breakfast and lunch to take out on a dive trip but at 5am when I went to pick it up it was not GF so had nothing to eat on the trip. I had said to the receptionist Gluten Free several times and he said yes he understood but there was no note made.

The beach and dive centre were the highlight of the holiday. Room was big and clean with a good view but could have done with a bit of a face lift.

Abundance of sunbeds but very heavy to move. Could do with an upgrade!

Everything! Choice of 3 restaurants other than main restaurant. Pools especially the swim-up pool. Fridge always had variety of non alcoholic drinks and snacks. Staff very helpful, polite and obviously hard working. Location brilliant. Lots of useful extras. Adult only areas. What’s not to like.

Plenty of drinks available but spirits were sometimes a little weak.

Standard of cleanliness, staff friendliness and efficiency. Able to eat in 3 other restaurants on site during the week. Good variety. No fighting over sun beds. Plenty of shaded areas. Free activities ie yoga. Swim up rooms fantastic. Especially with adjoining rooms for families. House reef fantastic especially for coral. Location superb. All brilliant.

We loved everything about our stay from start to finish, just as perfect as it was before! Thank you to all of the very hard working and dedicated staff, managers and TUI reps for making our stay so relaxing and happy. We had a wonderful stay and particularly loved the kids clubs and baby club, beautiful beach, activities, buffet restaurant and the Gokan restaurant. The shows and entertainment in the evening were brilliant and Tbots show was perfect for our toddler. All the staff were so helpful and kind with children. It's our 2nd visit and we will be coming back again ASAP! The main pool is heated which is great for a winter break in the sun.

Nothing that I didn't like, if I was to be very picky I'd say cocktails could be better.

It can't get better than that in an all inclusive type of resort. Beach at your door step, many pools to choose from, many restaurants, kids buffet, good gym, bars. I also like the way they try to have areas dedicated for families and adults only. We went as a couple this time but hopefully will bring kids if we return. Most of the staff is lovely and can't do enough for you.
