I wish there are more varieties of food options. I’m pregnant so I wish to have more hot and cooked food to choose but in general it was amazing.

We got a free upgrade from the hotel and the room and all facilities are very clean! Every night there’s different show. We got 2 inclusive restaurants after the free upgrade! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They look happy to work there.

You will need mosquito repellent spray to enjoy the landscape and the beach at night.

I am very happy for the extraordinary experience during my stay. The food was exceptional, the room impeccably clean, and the luxury furniture added a touch of elegance to my stay. The beach view was breathtaking, and snorkeling in the gorgeous reef was unforgettable. It is a very big hotel where you will walk a lot in the fabulous vast landscape. The hotel staff and management were impressively polite, professional, efficiently handling the fully booked hotel on my high season stay. Thank you for everything!

Cocktails in all bars are bir careless and sloppy. And it can be more clear instructions about your price differences on drinks at bars after 00.00. I understand you have different prices for Egyptians and foreigners but it kind of need to be clear on the menus with two separate price list.

Maybe they need to renovate the rooms a little bit other than that everything was perfect

Honestly I love the staff they are very very helpful, they made my stay with my 6 months baby easy and with no worries, they helped me with the food to keep feeding her fresh veggies and fruits, thanks to the chefs. Many thanks to Mohamed Sobhy the reception manager and Mohamed Gharib for their help and for providing a crib for my baby The location of the hotel, the pool, the beach all are perfect. And special thanks to the life guard who watched my baby while sleeping until I take 10min in the sea 😅.

Title: Exceptional Experience in Every Aspect Review: The design and facilities of the hotel met all our needs. The garden was exceptionally well-maintained and beautiful, especially the impeccably cared-for lawn which was truly impressive. The food was delicious and varied, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. I was particularly impressed by how often they inquired about our satisfaction with the services, reinforcing the feeling that we were genuinely valued by the hotel. I would like to extend my congratulations to the management and all the staff for operating such a high-standard hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and carefree stay.

Despite the hotel overall being clean, there was still some litter getting into the sea, probably due to the wind and simply putting lids on the bins would be good. The first persons we met taking care of our luggage and at the reception for checking in were not very friendly, but this was quickly compensated by giving us a free premium upgrade that we appreciated very much and everyone else was after that friendly and courteous. The quality of the (free) cocktails was varied, and the equipment for the minigolf would need to be renewed. We also wish the hotel will increase its engagement for the environment and sustainability (stop using plastic straws and bags, use solar panels, recycle, reduce food waste, etc.).

The all-inclusive service was much appreciated and gave a feeling of freedom and luxury. We chose this hotel because of its own coral reef, and it was amazing! Both for a night dive and snorkeling, even better than what we experienced when we went on different excursions. The food was overall good and with a great variety, and we appreciated the possibility to combine that with a dinner in one of the a-la-carte restaurants. We also appreciated the variety of activities, with several nice (and not too crowded) pools and qualitative evening entertainment.

Main restaurant is very loud and doesn't look good. If you book this hotel yourself through booking, it's likely that the hotel will offer you a free upgrade and allow to have breakfast and dinner in a nicer one. Pools were not full and very old. One evening it was quite loud in our room because of the evening animation. You can only swim in the sea if you enter it from a pier.

Good internet everywhere. Good snorkeling.

Maybe more sports facilities and more time to swimming

We saw here egpty hospitality and all person was so kind and helpful. Also hotel and menegers gave us too much extras like aqua park, dinner in alacarte restaurant, taxi cupon and massage. Also we have a flaxiable check-out time and we pit some event our last day. Manager gave us shower room to rest. İt say something. They care you.

One of the rooms : air conditioner not functional. In general rooms need more maintenance. Beach lunch restaurant: were welcoming and service is good but very bad food quality

Drinks were not so cold, like beer, coke, etc... Cocktails are not tasty because they use a concentrated juice and cheap alcohol.

Staff were nice, a lot of variety of food, the relax pool is very nice and the room was very nice too. The manager was always trying to know if everything was good or not to try to be better.
