The location couldn't be better—situated in the center of Hurghada and very close to the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The food was good and offered a good variety of options to suit every palate. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming 🤍 A special shoutout to Sara, who truly made our stay exceptional! She was super friendly, incredibly helpful, and always had a warm smile. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her kindness left a lasting impression. She's truly a gem! 💎 I can't wait to return to this charming resort. While the resort boasts a beautiful design and excellent staff, I was disappointed by the slow WiFi connection during my stay. Although there were improvements made after some complaints, it still fell short of expectations. Additionally, the temporary spa and gym facilities provided in another hotel lacked the comfort and style of the resort. However, I'm hopeful that once the entire project is completed, including the resort's own facilities, it will align with the exceptional design style of the complex. I eagerly anticipate the addition of another pool and a small shopping mall, which should further enhance the overall experience.

The design of the resort is stunningly contemporary, boasting numerous intricate details and well-appointed spaces throughout the complex. Despite some staff members not speaking english fluently, their politeness and charisma were evident, enhancing the overall experience.

A few staff are not properly trained, very slow and rather rude at times however attitude seems to vary based on guest’s race. had multiple hiccups but thankfully management dealt with them all very well

In winter it is very cold in rooms at night (rooms are designed for +30 but not for +10). Climate control systems doesn’t work for heating properly. Many “children’s sicknesses” so far. If you didn’t buy all inclusive you dramatically over pay for everything. Spa is in front of hotel and terrible in terms of price / quality correlation. Hope the hotel spa will be good once it will be opened.

Nothing that a didn’t like but a couple improvements would be good. - WiFi was off and on -WiFi coverage could be improved -longer tour on arrival and more information -more water provided in room would be good - had a wee problem with a group of teenagers playing music out a portable speaker by the pool. Disrupting everyone peace. So maybe staff need to be a bit more disciplined and not always so nice.

Amazing service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful always going the extra mile. The staff are great at getting to know you and customising your experience. Good was amazing plenty to choose from. Room was lovely and so was pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel definitely worth the money.

Could do better with non-beach games eg table tennis/billiards/darts. None of these were onsite and they directed us to the sister hotel, which had a battered pool table that wasn’t fit for purpose. Additionally, any spa treatments eg massages were also off site.

Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms and facilities. Staff were great, in particular Hassan the concierge was so helpful and friendly, and Boules Shawky at the restaurant. Boules was so attentive to my wife’s gluten-free requirements and always made sure that the food we were having was adequate to her needs. He is a credit to the hotel.

I have zero complaints. I suppose if I could change anything, I wish the pool and beach did not close so early. We could have spent longer at both.

We LOVED the heated pool. It really made the whole experience so much better when we could get in the pool and feel comfortable. The drinks and snacks by the pool were fantastic. Our favorite meals were at Food Hall. The variety and presentation was perfect. Our favorite vibe was in Kief and the drinks there were really good. The sushi was ok, but we are picky with our sushi. We also really enjoyed Sokkar, but the food wasn't our favorite. We did love the bread, though! The whole resort felt very clean, we appreciated how kind everyone was without feeling like they were just trying to get tips. The kids club was also good for our kids, who enjoyed the pottery class the most.

The afternoon receptionist, not so great. But maybe because we are black, there was zero sense of urgency. And having to queue for food, even fruits is a no no when holiday. Prepare food and let guests feast🙏🏾

The waiters, barmen and the butlers are super helpful and friendly...the night receptionist was super amazing when we arrived.

It is obvious that SERRY has a magnificent management that appears in the details of the place and the staff who is been selected based on high criteria(it seems). It is the the first time I spent almost ten day in a hotel where I don’t face any uncomfortable feeling from any one of the staff. I can’t mention names because all the staff are heroes. In reception I can remember Abdul monaem, Fatimah Hisham. In Sofrah I can remember Ayah. Honestly all the staff. This place is piece of paradise. In sort word it is flawless. Thanks for the management because I like the success and they did it. Ibrahim 🇸🇦

Very minor points that wouldn't effect me staying again, Shower pressure and adding soft door closing to the rooms as the open corridors bang the doors.

Really nice new modern classy and stylish hotel with lovely calm atmosphere that i was hoping for an expected for my honeymoon. Lovely pools, Lovely rooms with balconies, lovely beach, Lovely food. They could ad some more information in the infotainment system, like a map of the resort and a weekly program.

The hotel is completely new and some parts were not yet finished. It is a very unique concept and worth the money. The buffet offers fresh food every day, local and from all around the world. The staff was truly amazing. The restaurant and/or pool manager checked in on me daily and made sure I’m satisfied at all times. The reception team was always ready to go above and beyond which was really exceptional. Especially the concierge Hasan who literally saved the vacation for me and my son! I forgot my wallet back at home and wasn’t able to withdraw the needed cash to pay for our visa. Therefore we were not allowed to enter the country and were stuck at the airport. Hasan called our driver back to the hotel to pick up Hasans own money and organised someone at the airport who could handle everything for us with customs. Just amazing! Thanks again Hasan! The hotel deserves easily 10/10, even if it isn’t finished yet! I will definitely come back!

Hotel is so nice , every thing is amazing, food is great service good at restaurants and every one really need to help , they are always smiling and you feel that you are at home. Welcoming from the hotel gate once you enter you will receive a cold towel and drink within ten minutes someone escorted me to the room with nice tour and simple info with a very professional manar as well inside the room he gave us all information his name is bawoumi as well when we asked for late checkout for 2 hours he managed .and also all their management team always around. Really like this place and will always comeback their, just continue the good work and sure that one day you will be on top ,
