Honestly almost nothing

The staff was great & very helpful, extremely friendly, the location of the hotel is excellent, I enjoyed everything & would definitely repeat this experience again with great pleasure

The food variety should be improved and the chairs where they play the recreation activities are not comfortable .

Every thing was great starting from the receptionists who were very polite and helpful and the room service guys are good despite their annoying repeated requests for tips and good evaluations.

The reception is slow and not nice at all especially males in the mountains side.. and there this only one employee to server the bathrooms need renewing and refreshing the breakfast is bad and tasteless with very low quality sausages and cheap ingredients for eggs the room service is slow

this is not in any way a 5* hotel. it didn’t matter to me as I was on a one night stay . broken electrical sockets , broken balcony sliding door , and the worst - pumping techno music from the bar area until night time . i looked out at the pool bar and there were three people there . who does this music appeal to ?

nice place for rest. special thanks to the receptionist women in the mountain side, thank you so much also to entertainer katia and Dj Ruby (Paulo) also thank you so much at the chef during the breakfast in the morning, a master about cooking eggs :)

1- Washrooms need to be fixed and renovated. 2- cleaning not efficient in the washrooms 3- lake of sanitary items 4- Breakfast average but could be better. Timing could be extended to 10:30am Overall, need some maintenavce and good care of washrooms inthe facility to keep up the level of the hotel.

1-It is not mentioned clearly that the mountain view part is another hotel building on the other side of the street with different quality from the beach side however they are supposed to be one hotel. 2-There is no food variety in the breakfast or dinner menus plus the chef on the grill attitude was rude when we complained that the food was served cold.

We booked all inclusive.Overall food was tasty but I would suggest a little more variety.Staff very friendly. Room was very good and well cleaned every day. The spa is excellent.My wife had one treatment and was so satisfied she had another two. Swimming pool was very clean. The covered outdoor seating area at the beach is fantastic. Hope to be back again.
