bathroom has no floor sink which made the whole bathroom to be full of water plus some floor tiles were nearly broken in addition to all fridges were not working well. The room was so old and there was no maintenance has been made to this building since long time.

Everything is perfect until last day for me in hotel I decided to eat in hotel main restaurant after I know that it’s bad idea because I met reda A.elwhab I think his manger he has very bad attitude I hope when I come back to hotel don’t see him again

Old furniture... No electric plugs near the bed and only one for the whole room.. Bad dinner...weak animation teams. Veery old and dirty towels on the beach

Location.. The staff.. The width of the room.. Pool beside the peach... Convenience and relaxation without disturbance.. All the people are very helpful and cooperative specially the receptionist and the restaurant staffs.

Worth every penny 🤎🤎🤎 This is our second time here at this hotel and will always come back. The beach has a stunning view, rooms are cleaned daily with complimentary water, tea, coffee, and sugar. They have a variety of breakfast buffet and you can also avail of their lunch and dinner buffet. Sometimes we avail their dinner buffet when we are both tired and do not want to go somewhere. The menu for dinner is different every day and they are all delicious. The staff members were very nice and polite. They always give my husband's request and they always ask if everything is ok. The place is in the city so it is easy to get a minibus to go to places. I would recommend this to everyone and will always come here.

You always have to ask for a drink in the restaurant. The animation is very poor, nothing interesting for children. Most of the chaise longues on the beach are broken, the towels are old. Very old furniture in the rooms. Poor room service and cleaning. Staff always asking for tips all around and you can't relax and enjoy the holiday. This is not a seafront hotel as stated in the description, they will send you across the road and is very far from the beach. Customers from 2 hotels come to eat in the restaurant and often there are no places available.

The description as a beachfront hotel is misleading and it seems it's covered by the booking website. Once we arrived they sent us to another hotel across the road, far from the beach. All rooms are outdated with old furniture and very dirty bathrooms. Very poor animation. You have to beg for a drink, it seems like this is their technique to save money.

The beach location is in the bay where there is no wind.

I liked the location, close to everything, and the food was absolutely amazing. The service was top-notch as well. I had the pleasure of interacting with Abdulla, the receptionist, who exemplified kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness. His warm demeanor and attentive service truly enhanced my experience. Additionally, chefs Mohammed and Ahmed showcased their culinary expertise by consistently preparing excellent food.

To have heated pool on the beach side resort as you have on the mountain view hotel resort across the road specially during the winter months. Have a stage or (high raised stage) for the entertainment as it is difficult to see the entertainers when we are all seated. To have kids outdoor slides into pool, games for kids and kids area. This will attract more guest who have children. We noticed some hotels in surrounding have kids area.

February 2024 - we booked this hotel with mountain view not knowing that it had less facilities. So we were upgraded by Hamada to beach view hotel which was across the road. We were met by Ibrahim who allocated us a room on ground floor. We found the room was clean and comfortable. Dinner, breakfast and lunch had verity of items to eat and plenty space to seat. Hasnaa at the dinning room counter was very friendly and assisted us by showing the place. She is an assets to your hotel. Ibrahim and Metwaly were also very helpful and accepted our request to extend our stay by 3 hours on the day we were departing. On the beach there was enough sunbeds and towel station on the site. Drinks, ice cream was available at the beach. There was also exercise sessions taking place next to the beach. There was different entertainment every night. Outside space was clean which the swimming pool having sunbeds. The area is very safe even at night. Me and my wife will come back to this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! The best place to relax.The rooms are so clean and well equipped with everything you need. The food at the hotel was pretty good with a lot of variety.The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, Especially Hamada and Osama at the front desk. The animation team so energetic and gave the best entertainment slots I ever experienced in Sharm.
