The apartment is very modern and very clean. It is much more beautiful than the pictures. The owner of the apartment is very, very nice. He picked us up from the airport with all kindness and a smile. If I had known that the apartment was so beautiful, I would have liked to extend the length of stay, and from now on I will always book here. It is very suitable for families and all ages. Everything was spot on. Very clean and new apartment. My daughter was suprised with complimentary snaks and drinks on arrival. The gentleman Marwan was super helpful. He looked after us and offered to pick me up from the airport. On checkout day he dropped off us for free. I will recomend this to anyone who want to visit Sharm El Sheikh.

Sharm El-Sheikh is very spread out, so many of the hotels are not within walking distance of restaurants etc. The good thing was, though, it was very quick to order a taxi and our longest ride of 11km still cost only the equivalent of a few UK pounds.

Marwan picked us up from the airport and dropped us back there after our stay. He initially ,even refused our tip, but I'm pleased to say he took it after we insisted. Marwan also gave us his WhatsApp details and told us to contact him at any time if we needed anything. The place was very clean and the facilities were excellent. We were self-catering and had everything we needed for that.

The owner welcome us with attention, kindness and we really enjoy our stay. In fact, the owner is living also in the complex so he is there to help you out with anything you might need. It is a amazing appartment. Very clean and you will find anything you need. A/C work very well. We even have netflix and a washer machine. There is a little grossery place at 2 minutes walk. It was appreciated. highly recommended!

Marwan was a very responsive and hospitable host. Even before we arrived he was checking in on us and he made sure that the resort staff was prepared for our arrival. He was there for us when we arrived and gave us a warm welcome to the place. He gave us a full tour around the home and made sure that the fridge and cabinets were stocked with extra snacks and supplies, and he gave us all other information we needed. The home was not only super clean but designed and laid out even better than some hotels we have been to. It was a very comfortable stay for us at the home. On top of all of that, Marwan was very responsive to texts and calls, and he even offered and assisted us in booking excursions locally himself. He gave us good recommendations for other activities and places to visit in the area as well. The resort itself is also very nice, it has a few large swimming pools. It is a 5 min drive from the SoHo Plaza, and it is pretty close to other shopping and activity areas too. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay in the home, very convenient distance from our activities, and Marwan was a very hospitable and helpful host. We were all very impressed and highly recommend booking with him.

He went above and beyond to provide us all that was needed, including filling the fridge with many items and accommodating an extension to our stay. The host of this appartment was really really helpfull: sending a welcome by whatsapp as soon as we booked, was extremely helpfull because he drove to the airport to drive us to his place, even though the plane was late and he had to wait for an hour. His English was very good and on arrival we even found fruit, chocolates and breakfast in the fridge. Thank you so much for being an excelent host. We whish you and your family all the best!

Transportation is an issue, and may be location.

It is a quiet, confortable stay, you will not find the annoyance you find in a resort. It’s close to the airport. Beach is 20 min walk away, as well as some restaurants and Dance Bar. Perfect stay if you’re doing tours everyday.

Amazing place! very calm, peaceful and super organized and clean. Everything was spotless. apartment note 10. Absolutely everything new. The host is a person who was there all the time to help us with information. He left several chocolates, a complete meal in the fridge for our family of 5 people, I never saw this in the 6 previous accommodations that we were on our trip to Egypt. We were so hungry and wedded from the flight. and We were graced with a little fresh food in the fridge. we'll be back soon friend Marwan!!!

I would like to thank Mr Marawan for his great hospitality he is a such amazing person. The flat is amazing, with very good taste and very comfortable furniture. So clean and tidy and all new. The beds are extremely comfortable we didn't want to leave. They really care about hygiene. Pools and everything clean. Very good location as you can come from and go to the airport in 10 or 15 mnts, very close to a place called Soho Square it's a wonderful place where you can go and have fun and a nice dinner with family or in couple, unfortunately we couldn't do much in 1 day but we are definitely coming back next vacation 😀
