It was a short stay at the hotel but truly amazing. Thanks for your lovely thought with the cake to celebrate our wedding and honeymoon. The Room was really beautiful with a great view on the Nile. (thanks for the upgrade btw), it was clean and all the necessary amenities were available. We definitely recommend this hotel, the staff is truly friendly and very helpful. if you are in Luxor, this place is well located, peaceful. You will enjoy it. Thanks so much

Food in the restaurant in the evening was not fresh anymore, which I can understand given the temperatures in Luxor.

This hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere, friendly, polite, courteous staff and fantastic view on the Nile river. Our favorite spots to hang out were the swimming pool and the bedouin bar next to it. We spent in the hotel much more time than planned, simply because it was so good there. If we ever come to Luxor again, we will stay in the same hotel for sure. Great place to stay in Luxor!

Room was a bit small. Getting a taxi outside the property was a hassle. The ATMs outside didn’t work.

Breakfast had many options and was okay. Both pools were fun. Excellent view of the Nile.

They provided two small bottles of water everyday per person, which was not really enough due to undrinkable tap water and the bar was too expensive to buy all the bottled water we needed.

the cleaner should stop harassing guests and asking when they are checking out. I had a free 2 pm check out which I really appreciated cuz my go bus was leaving at 2:30 pm. I was disturbed at least 4-5 times with a knock asking what time I was checking out. It was ridiculous.

I got the pool view, and it was stunning. The beds were comfy and the staff were extremely helpful, especially the reception staff. I did have a little issue with the cleaners who kept knocking on our door multiple times asking when we were checking out. It was irritating cuz they did it severally. Other than that everything else was amazing, the pool was heavenly and just by the Nile. I can't wait to visit again

I liked how Ahmed the Receptionist was kind and fast, to my request even though I arrived a bit earlier he manage to have a room available for me. And made all my stay very informed and comfortable. The place is actually really nice and the restaurant was what I was expecting and even more because food was really good. They also have tourist packages available, I already had mine ready before arriving but is good to have that option available. It was clean and not noisy.

There are taxis waiting outside the gate if you want to go anywhere, but there is a definite "Steinberger price" for getting a taxi from here.

Superb location, right on the bank of the Nile, with excellent views. Quality hotel chain with good facilities. Good deals to be had at some times of year. Staff allowed us a complimentary late checkout, which meant we could make the most of our last day here.

If the entertainment show can end a bit earlier at night, things will be better, it's a bit noisy.

Stunning Resort set right on the banks of the Nile with beautiful views & incredible sunsets. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an Executive Nile View Room which was spacious, well appointed & newly renovated with a beautiful outlook. The pool area was quiet, no issues getting a plush sunlounger & the service was impeccable - the staff are a real credit to Steigenberger. I couldn't recommend more highly & only wish our stay was longer.

So hard to think of one. Just a minor thing but the shower gel needed refilling. It was empty after just 3 squeeze and the bottles are hard to squeeze too. But it’s nothing. Just a note to make sure they are filled up.

Property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. Bed was very comfortable after long, hot days exploring Luxor. We ordered room service and ate at Nico’s. Both were more than we could eat and tasty! I highly recommend the Steigenberger Resort in Luxor.

The grounds and pools are just lovely & you’re right on the banks of the Nile so it’s really special. I stayed in a Bungalow with a Nile view and it was fantastic. I have stayed in Nile Palace as well and I much preferred Achti. All the staff that I encountered were very polite and helpful.
