We arrived at the hotel at night and the hotel staff verbally said "upgraded our room type", but the view was bad during the day, which made us so disappointed. I felt cheated about this. But after communication with the manager, we changed the room and the later room was satisfactory. I hope this situation will not happen again.

The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel are very delicious, especially the cheese with tomatoes, grilled meats and seafood curry, so Yummy. The service attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, everyone is very friendly and greets with a smile. The scenery of the hotel is unbelievable, especially the nearby snorkeling site. I stayed for 3 days and went snorkeling every day.

We had an amazing upgrade plus everyone was so polite and happy to see us. This was our second visit and hopefully we will be back again in the autumn. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

The room is spacious but the AC is loud and a bit old.

The staff were very helpful, and always smiling. Moreover the Soma Aqua Splash was very entertaining for my 6 year old boy. The food was tasty.

We were disappointed that the beautiful outdoor pool which we have enjoyed on previous visits was really too cold for comfortable swimming as the heating had broken down. The evening entertainment programme was not nearly as good as in previous years.

A top class hotel. Beautifully designed; spacious rooms; excellent service from a very well trained staff who went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The food choices were very well - chosen with a mixture of local and international dishes, beautifully presented and very well served. The hotel is right beside the Red Sea with its own private beach with plenty of shade available. A range of water activities including snorkelling is available.

Management must care more for clients and the time of their trips to make a better and flexible system for checking in and out.

People are so friendly and helpful everywhere in the hotel facilities. Everything is clean, smiling people, nice food, and love is always there.

The problem has been solved. It is a misunderstanding. The RADWAN manager also came to analyse it with us on a special way. We have several chat groups in Egypt, including more than a thousand people who often visit Egypt, and I also recommended the Sheraton Hotel to them. Because this place is really suitable for vacation every year.

Didn’t offer enough activities during the evening time or on the beach except for DJ. They stopped it after Covid, they said.

Excellent Customer service from everyone at the check in desk, restaurant, at the beach and room service. The tea time and watching the sunset on the roof of the restaurant. Everyone accommodated our preferences and needs. Very friendly staff. Very clean hotel.

Staff could do with a little training at the restaurant. They threw a bill on my table in the middle of my dear, which I found extremely rude. Frankly I don't wnat to look at the bill whilst having my food. Anywhere in the world this would mean it's time for me to leave. This was early dinner. Our food was either taken away before we finished it or then empty plates were standing till we left. There was a party in a room next to mine until early ours of the morning and the staff failed to stop that. My mother who had a separate room from me also was listening to all that. Both of us didn't get any sleep that night. The kids play area with water slides is falling apart and really shabby. Really needs refurbishing!!!

Lovely views and smiley staff apart from few things need to change.

Stayed at a smaller room that did not match the pictures. Happy they have a renovation planned as facilities need an upgrade. Dinner quality at main restaurant needs improvement, while beach staff rude attitude is unchanged for years..
