Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IrelandThe general cleanliness of the place needs to be improved. This was true for the rooms and the dishes or glasses in the restaurant. The food menu was quite repetitive. During my 7-day stay, I saw the same main dishes offered three or four times.

United KingdomThe problems we experienced was the shop inside the resort was extortionately priced we feel this was because people were unable to walk in extreme heat to the nearest shop although there is a shop five minutes walk to the right of the front of resort. Taxi drivers situated inside at the door of the resort followed us on multiple occasions pressuring us to pay for an overpriced taxi. The spirits in the resort bars all tasted exactly the same and were most definitely not top quality. The electric keycard for our room failed to work occasionally leaving us without light or air conditioning, this worked after we got a third new card having walked up and down from reception in sweltering heat. If you are happy not to venture far from the resort at all this overall is good value and we still had a great time!
We enjoyed this resort as a couple visiting Sharm for the first time coming from Ireland. In particular we loved the pool, facilities, buffet lunch was the best out of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and made our room spectacular creating crocodiles, elephants etc out of towels which was really fun! and upon checkout we were offered free lunch and dinner to stay there until our flight later that night which was just so kind! Bottomless soft drinks, cold water, orange and pineapple juice was fantastic to help us stay hydrated!

NetherlandsThere were a lot of food options in the restaurant, though not very great quality. We were accused of stealing towels (there were never even enough towels) and even though we just brought it up to reception to talk about it, they were very unfriendly and unhelpful. This really effected our stay in the hotel.
We were received very friendly and even our room was upgraded for free. The pools were very nice and usually it was very quiet and relaxing around the pool. The walk to the beach is like 5 minutes and there were always some free beds. There are lots of activities.

Egypt-Hotel is perfect for those who want to travel within an affordable budget but don’t expect luxury. -Cleanliness wasn’t the best, rooms had to be cleaner. -They cared about food variety more than quality but still quality is good aside from salads. -Staff is really friendly yet I didn’t like that one of the managers was trying to force me to write an excellent review and even contacted me after I returned on my personal number reminding me to write an “Excellent” review which I’ll never do as I won’t manipulate others. (Very unprofessional to force people to manipulate others & not just write an honest feedback & also gives a very bad impression about the property) -My husband & I were given a double room with two separate beds and when asked for one bed, they said we will stick them together which wasn’t comfortable.
Compared to the price it is more than perfect, but it isn’t luxurious.. Staff is really friendly & helpful. Food has good variety, it’s quiet and in a good location.
