GermanyEven though it was written everywhere that to protect the environment they change the bed linen and towels only if they are on the ground or specifically mentioned to change, by default they change it every day. The food was often tasteless and overcooked. Even though we ate only at the hotel and were careful with the hygiene, we faced some stomach issues.
The location was great, it is pretty close to the sea. The beach of the hotel was good.

Slovakiathe hotel really exceeded the expectations. We decided to go here based on the amazing reviews on Tripadvisor and after the stay we can confirm that the reviews are true. Really amazing hotel with ton of activities, staff was a real surprise - everybody was friendly and helpful, without needing to tip them. The hotel was over-facilitated - 3 pool bars and 0 waiting time, when you come the bartender really attends to you, we haven't expected that. The same in the other facilities. Great value for money. Recommend the hotel to everyone - 10/10.

It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. TurkeyThere are a few things you can do better. Paper glasses on the beach doesnt fit your quality. We had to ask for glasses every time we wanted a drink. Filter coffee should be added in your breakfast menu. We expect better than instant coffee from nescafe. Napkins at meal time are always on demand. People need them we shouldnt have to ask for it. The idea of serving ice cream nice but its quality and taste does not match with your hotel overal quality. There should be ice cream buffet which has at least average taste and deliciousness. The ice cream was served was not tasty at all unfortunately. Burger meet should better to have a bit of spice not too much may be a little black pepper to be kore flavored.
Mahmoud in reception Sayed, Murad, Asaf in restaurant and beach bar Hotel manager Soliman were amazing. All your team members are very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has got everything a guest needs. We are like we found a second home in Sharm and planning to come back with our families. Thank you for your effort to make this place beatiful.

TurkeyThere could have been a good coffee options like espresso, americano. The ice cream they serve on the beach could be much more delicious, it is not tasty unfortunately we could not eat it. But it was very nice to have ice cream on the beach. The only thing it needs to be delicious. Beers should be colder. And they sometimes serves with cartoon / paper cup and sometimes normal hard plastic glasses. It should not been served in paper cup. The beef burger’s meat has no spice and when we say spice we do not mean different spices may be it could be added a bit of black pepper. It tastes directly and plain meat. It should have a bit flavored.

Thanks to Muhammed in house keeping! We were more than surprised about the cleaning and also the care of staffs to us. Foods were good there were lots of options for everyone from many cultures! So many details have been already thought by the otel and team for their customers. They even arranged free taxi to the hotel and also prepare us breakfast because we were leaving around 1am. Shuttle service was great too! To the beach and some other centers. We loved the beach as well. There is a bar and team is in be bar also very helpful. There are fast foods options that we had in the bar. We loved the area of Soho , we enjoyed walking around. It is good for the people do not like so much about staying in the hotel all the time. There were some events that we spend time with watching. So it kept us always active around the hotel. We will definitely come back in August and also next year as well. And we will bring our families too.

LithuaniaThere could be not so many rules like you can get ice cream only from 3 p.m. or to play tennis only 1 hour per week. Also it could be one swimming pool open from 7 in the morning and closing about 8 p.m. and spa could be open in the evening not only till 12 a.m.
The staff was very nice, the coral beach is very nice, the food quality is also good.

Food was good, has improved a lot during 10 years. But the chef for seafood overcooks most stuff.. Fish was never juicy, And king prawns were always so overcooked that was not able to peel them.
