The staff are super kind and friendly, Amin,amber, Ala, Mina, Osman, and Mohamed in the reception are very nice, patient, and always there for help and answering my questions. The restaurant staff are very kind also, especially the old lady who baked the bread Om Hichem and Mouhamed, who prepared my omelet every morning. A very nice hotel, I recommend it.

Seriously nothing is bad about the place from my opinion the place is perfect for everyone

I had a really great experience, the people working there are so friendly i got treated more than great and the place has a really good atmosphere the food is great as well there is snacks and drinks wherever you go and there is activities going on around the hotel all day long for kids and adults and for kids they have a play ground as well as a aqua games for children and for adults too so all over a really great experience i would hundred percent recommend

The beach is a little bit far and you have to cross a road for it, that's the only negative point.

The pools, slides, the Asian restaurant, the beach, and much more. Thanks to the very friendly stuff! Special thanks to Farid from the Asian Restaurant, Ashraf Elmeligy, Mohamed Elsayed, "Habibi" and Mahmoud Imam, who cleaned our room on the groundfloor. And the very friendly chefs from the main Restaurant. The stuff is the best in this hotel, and we will come back :)

Entertainment finished too early in Alchemy. Lobby bar seating was too low and uncomfortable for anyone with back / hip pain.

I must say I am not very keen on the food. It was ok but personally not to my liking. I am very fussy when come to food and I like my food spicy.

Like the fact that hospitality was 10/10. Staff under pressure attending to lots of customers with various needs. They are very friendly and always have smile on their face and ready to help no matter what dept/ or section they are working on. The hospitality really amazes me. Muhammad Ali who cleans my room every morning and a guy from cafe station that always makes my favourite ice and hot coffee. They are 10/10. They went above and beyond

Pool towels changing system is still working not good. Normally u wanna have them changed late evening after u back from beach - but it doesn't work, because all cleaning personal already away. So u practically need to make a personal deal with cleaning so they come early enough in the morning and u have new towels.

Pools, beach, food, rooms - everything nice (see my last review). Also the personal got better and more professional over time.

Coffee bar could open at 9 am instead of 10 am.

Mostly the food was good but there was a few dishes that we were not too keen on, The beach area is very clean and safe for those with kids plus the snack bar is available to save the walk back to the main hotel when you get hungry. It was also good to see staff who we had met on our previous visits. Our room was kept clean and the cleaner left towel animals on some days which was very nice.

We are second time in this hotel.Sindbad have one of the best and big beach in all Hurgada .Very good location. The staff throughout the hotel was very responsive and quickly resolved all issues. The food was also excellent.

Everything was perfect and the staff were amazing, The hotel manager Amber was very helpful and generous together with the staff they helped with everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back there .

The hotel itself is located in a long road which seemed run down and really have to watch your footing on the paths. Food choices were a little repetitive but nevertheless we found something to eat everyday. Would recommend more fruit options. Also entertainment in the evening could have been better. On the beach and lounge area little off putting from spa staff and excursion people who roam around for business . We personally didn’t use them as found cheaper packages outside the hotel.

Having returned from my trip I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff are very friendly and attentive, always engaging with you and willing to help. Hotel is clean and well serviced

The evening entertainment needs a bit of work. The venue itself is amazing. But needs a bit of better direction in terms of what’s on. The programme seems a bit random at the best of times. But we enjoyed it on the most part!

The food is amazing! The hotel is huge with so much to see and do. Really great value for money!

The timings of the buffet, could do with more hours for everyone, see photo showing times of the main gusto restaurant. The dedicated times are only allowed for those who wake up at 7 and book their table, same goes for 3 other restaurants too.
