They are undergoing building work. Some things didn't quite work like the patio doors and they had to tweak things. I was disappointed to have to pay an additional fee for WiFi.

Nice pool. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant was quite good. Kids loved the Pasta Alfredo.

to enter the beach from inside the complex you need an access key, and unfortunately there were not enough keys for all guests but they ordered a mini bus for us and the driver let us enter

the staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel was central, if you like walking you can reach the marina area in less than hour. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view on the garden side. Moreover they have a private beach which is not crowded

The pool water was cold, but still was nice to swim in throughout the entire vacation. The beach was very nice too, only rocky, no water activities. It was a minute drive from our complex, but hotel residence car was always there for pick ups back and forth with no waiting duration.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very organized. They were expecting us by name at the reception. Check in was very organized and smooth. We had a family room, pool view, level D. It was very calm and relaxing. Restaurant was at very affordable prices and variable, but the kitchen was well equipped and the hotel was surrounded by many local restaurants to try. It was also easy to visit many other places at night like new marina and mamsha.

The location is okay but sometimes you nefes shuttle to reach the main road. There is construction in the building but I think it will be better in the future

The staff is definitely so kind and helpful. The hotel is ten minutes away from the City Center and it gives you a chance to avoid all the noises. The beach and pool are really nice and easy to reach. You can also use the shuttle for it. There are some cafes around the hotel. Also the hotel was not crowded and we liked the food we tried.

There are no signs for reception on site, Uber drivers got lost on arrival and when we were leaving too. Breakfast was average but pizza, burger and pasta was below average. Maybe we get use to western style food but at least pizza should taste like pizza no matter where in the world you go. Half of the staff had terrible English, except from manager on arrival. That's why was hard to order exactly what you want.

Place itself is great, clean and spacious, only minus is extremely firm mattress (but we've been in 4 hotels in last 10 days in Egypt and they all have firm mattresses), beach is nice but 500m walk from apartment, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Unfortunately we stayed only 2 nights so didn't have time to explore the city

Everything was good, I can't complain about anything. Very kind and helpful staff. The manager was talkative and helpful The cook there will make you a very good omelet I gave 8 out of 10 only because the beach was rocky. You need special shoes for it.

The wifi wasn’t great in the bedroom, it was intermittent but there was wifi available in the lobby if you needed it.

Staff were excellent; very friendly and accommodating. Pool was very clean, room was spotless each day. Beach was great and the use of the shuttle if needed. Was a short walk to restaurants.

Room- Clean, spacious, comfortable bed. Gorgeous view and location quiet but close to everything you need. Pretty private beach. Hotel is chill and relaxing, not too busy and clean. Most staff are lovely people :)

Cleanliness need to be improved a bit. Toilet pot was leaking water. The bath enclosure was not sealing completely so the water was getting out crazy!

The room was quite okay in size. The staff was great and there were a couple of cats which were very friendly.

The room misses the following - clothes iron - no hair dryer - no proper ventilation in the toilet - drinking water , tea and sugar only for one day - shuttle bus to the airport should be included in the booking fees - food isn't that great -Internet is very week

The water was dirty when first coming out of the shower - expected in Egypt. Wifi in room cost - Wifi in the lobby was okay, slow but free. In places the paint was flaky - needs a bit of renovation in places.

The staff were friendly, spoke several languages and easy to find if you needed anything. The room was spacious and had air-con which was needed for the summer weather. The view from the balcony was stunning, being able to view the red sea. Breakfast was decent - variety of local and basic European food. The local area had some restaurants and shops next to it. The trip to the beach was made convenient with a minibus provided by the hotel. Security was at the beach and it was a private beach. Prices were reasonable for the services. I liked that the hotel was not in the center of town - it was quieter. I was not woken up by honking of the horns or any other noises from the street.

Front desk is very nice gentleman but seems to ignore me and only talk to my husband who happened to be an Egyptian.

View is awesome. The sofa is old and I was itchy after siting on it. Staff are good however I had a bill of $42.00 that I was not aware what is that for. I left a message and no one responded to me. I booked for 5 days, July 20 -25th. I was expecting to go out on the 26th, however I was told I'm supposed to be out by the 25th at noon. So I booked for another 2 nights.

Perfect location for a hotel. Calm, quiet days and excellent view also walking close to the main shopping areas. Towels and sheets were clean. But rooms were very dusty. There were many types of food at breakfast. They're delicious all. Hotel has private special beach with a guard. All staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Islam and Khalid who are at the reception were really helpful! To be short, great experience!
