The facility was much older than expected that it needs complete renovation, else the rest was very good. Adding more variety to the meals would be better, however it was okay and the staff were very friendly.

The Hotel Management should take care of the following:- - Rooms doors is not good at all because it is not completely lock as it might get some insects from the door frame. - The smell of the Garden water is horrible as when they watering the garden, you will smelling a bad smell. - Handle of changing power cables is not professional as they completely cut the electricity for about 2 hours during the Noon from the whole hotel rooms to change the main power source cable as the hotel should have more than power source and a generator to keep the hotel up and running during the maintenance window.

Breakfast needs improvement, also chefs at breakfast aren't very professional, you are allowed only one bottle of water daily, dispensers aren't enough so u always drink hot water, no kettle in the rooms which is really weird

there should be more, care for the playgrounds and tennis court. the Wi Fi can be better

we were angry at the beginning because the tennis court was out of work ( under repair) but the hospitality from the team there compensated for that. The front disc guys were more than wonderful especially Mr. A Aziz. the main chief was wondering in the restaurant checking every thing himself. The beach was beautiful and so was the pool .

i selected and most probably paid for a room with vista with 1 large bed and instead i received a sad room with 2 separated bed and even if i told them to replace the bed or at least to join them, they forgot. furthermore maybe because it was beginning of summer season but some facilities look abandoned like basket court and "disco clun"

atmosphere and staff are very nice. it's a good place if you are searching some relax close to the sea. personnel is very heartwarming.

Perfect hotel and beach for family. Very quiet. Not too deep for swimming, and many sea turtles in shallow water. Rooms could be larger but this is not the main point with 30 degrees water and sun shining. Note that the whole hotel is accessible with a wheel chair

The hotel is a little bit far away from Hurghada and it has quite high prices for some trips, so try to find it online. You'll also need a sim-card with internet, don't try to use it in hotel, it's bot working

Nice quiet hotel, not many people, free and clean beach, a lot of free spaces there, which means you don't have to wake up early to book a place. Not many kids around, very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very good and friendly, especially animators. Maybe rooms are old fashioned and not that fancy, but I enjoyed the stay a lot. Meals fantastic, it's impossible to resist eating everything, seriously. Cafeteria is cleaned very well, they have quite strict standards of cleaning. The sea is great for snorkeling. It was a really good stay

Reception staff and hotel management. Beware of this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for two main reasons. The first is that when booking, the hotel stated on the Booking pages that one free date change is possible. However, if you wanted to change the date through your reservation in Booking, it was not possible. It was only possible through the hotel reception, which illegally charged a higher price than the hotel stated in the given date on the booking pages (the price in the second term was the same as in the first term). Fortunately, the difference in price was refunded to us through Booking. I consider it an attempt to rob us. The second serious thing to watch out for is ALL INCLUSIVE services. The hotel offers room bookings with prices listed for ALL INCLUSIVE services, which for clients around the world also means locally produced alcoholic beverages. When booking this room, nothing else was mentioned on the Booking. In the hotel's special requirements, it was only stated that the room price "promotion" is only for citizens and residents of Egypt and is based on SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE (does not include locally produced alcoholic beverages). Despite the fact that we were not citizens of Egypt, but foreign tourists, and we purchased a room with the indicated ALL INCLUSIVE service, and the room was not even listed as a special offer on the Booking, the staff at the reception gave us yellow wristbands, which included only SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICES without locally produced alcoholic beverages. I consider it a fraud on the clientele. It was not possible to come to an agreement with the management at the reception and when we contacted the hotel officially through Booking to give us an opinion on this, we have not received any response from them until today. These are the two main reasons why I do not recommend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel was the turtle that came there to feed on sea grass. Room service. The ordinary staff was very kind. Comfortable mattresses for sleeping. Sufficient selection of food, but it could have been more seasoned.
