Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi Arabiathe breakfast fee was high, I went outside to have my breakfast. the swimming pool only from 9-6pm and little small. Also some party in the hotel near the pool and noisy can hear from the room at night When I booked its mentioned include shuttle to airport but when i request thru booking they ask for 20$ dollar for one route. I didnt take and i got another driver.. When I did check in they told me they've free transport to airport !!

Lebanon1- The entrance security are not professional, rude and they don’t differ between the guests and others. 2- The toilet and carpet are not clean enough. 3- The linen sheets are old but clean. 4- The room door is not closing without pushing hard with high noise. 5- Baalbek lebanese restaurant has delicious food but the table was not so clean. No windows in the restaurant. 6- No proper maintenance for the toilet with water leak on the floor. 7- Slippers are not available without asking for. 8- Fridge is empty with no minibar and it is dirty. 9- Internet connection is not stable and you can’t rely on if you have work.

United KingdomThe buffet food in the restaurant was clearly being served to the al la carte menu next door as items from the buffet kept disappearing and lack of staff and replenishment of items. The showers in the double room look delight but unfortunately do not work especially when using both at once which is not possible, thus defeating the objective.
The place is gorgeous and very well kept.

United KingdomThey have two buildings. One of them is new but has no balconies and the other one is old but the advantage is has balconies. Ask them to give you room in the new tower will be more convenient.

The location is amazing Its a really nice neighborhood around it Naser city in general is beautiful and close to everything a traveler would like to go to . The stuff are really nice and helpful The place is really clean and thats so important Some stuff are just old in the hotel , like door handels and closets but thats a minor issue. For a traveler it gets really hard to try to figure out if the place around the hotel is safe or not and , i can guarantee naser city and the atmosphere around the hotel is safe and good , i don’t advise going out on a walk alone in the mid night but ubers are safe if you wanna move at night time ( ex 2:00 am)

The fee charged is too high not to provide breakfast is really unfair when compared to other similar hotels some of which charge less but with breakfast. This needs to be relooked at and considered as it does paint a good picture of the hotel
