Amazing hotel, professional staff, great reception team

I expect with a High price for accommodation rate for my stay to have everything included but some are not like the mini bar in the room not rich with good sweets and drinks and only soft drinks are free, the TV screen is very small and doesn't match the size of the room, I only choose 2 restaurants from 5 to book free not all of them, not enough umbrellas at the adult pool witch hard stay under hot sun, some items in the restaurant and bar extra charge for no reason.

everything was excellent, especially the quiet, the location, the food, the staff, and the decoration.

Everything was great to be honest, it’s way better than we expected, the staff are amazing, starting with Madrona from front desk, and Ahmed the asst manager, so helpful and always ready to give the best service! Hussam from the restaurants, remembered our favored drinks everyday, with amazing service and always smiling. Ahmed from the spa was also very good, they pampered us so much, and the ladies in there too! Well done. On our last evening we decided to try the Italian restaurant, and it’s so delicious, mustafa there was our waiter, so professional, his recommendations were great, we couldn’t walk back to our room because we ate so much🫢. Hussein from the Lebanese restaurant and the shisha place, always made us laugh so loud, the guy is a comedian for real! Also Ahmed from the beach, helped me with the snorkeling 🤿. The good thing about this hotel is that they look for a way to make you more comfortable, not once was I uncomfortable with anything. They also prepared something special for our anniversary. Really loved this stay, loved the food, the people. One of the good holidays we spent❤️. Thank you

It was our third visit to Egypt. But the previous two times can hardly even be compared to this one (despite the fact that it were also 5 stars hotels). Food - perfect. High level!! Amazing grill-chefs. Shrimps were perfect as everything else. And the pastry… Fresh juices, champagne - what else needed? :) Staff - ready to make you vacation the best! Sea - very beautiful and warm (march 22 - April 2), a lot of fish. But unfortunately Nabq is a windy region of Sharm, however wind was only first days. I was afraid that it would be noisy because of children - but the pool for adults saved me. Quite and relaxed atmosphere. A lot of different animation, it would be interesting for people who like it (me not) but it was absolutely not intrusive (special thanks to that)✌️ And the last bit THE MAIN for me: attitude of staff and hotel towards animals and birds❤️🐾 Bird feeders, so lovely. The birds are the individual animators of this hotel! And the main star ⭐️is a red cat. I was pleasantly surprised by the good attitude towards her. she was not hungry and looked good. This is a very modern, European approach. For me this is the main reason why I will come back here. I really hope that by then she will have her own house and will be sterilized🙏❤️ Where animals are treated well, guests will be treated accordingly Thank you, Alcazar.

Everything was exceptional, whether the crew or cleanliness or facilities and the location and the daily activities. And not to forget Enas, can’t thank her enough she played a huge part for us loving the place. she has helped us so much and she made sure we were having the best time. Overall, an amazing experience and for sure will visit yearly.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The hotel grounds were very beautiful, the interior was equally nice and very well kept. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The buffet options for breakfast and dinner was vast and tasty. The hotel had varying activities which were all engaging and entertaining. The choice of three large pools and direct beach access was awesome!

Very far from everything, at the very end of Nabq (30 minutes driving to Naama or more to Old Market)... basically nothing around, just abandoned constructions sites and other nice resorts. This is Nabq. If you go here, expect to stay here the whole week basically, which is ok given the kind of resort. Hotel over-charges for any service... 450 USD for a massage session for 2 (seriously??), 80 USD each to take you to the waterpark, 70+ USD for a simple taxi ride back and forth to the Old Market. Just DO NOT leave them money, you can have the same or better experiences just booking with agencies or online wthe acivities you want (scuba diving, desert, trekking, anything...). This is a shame, I understand adding a premium, but they charge 3 or 4 times the market price. Quite aggressive service sellers will annoy you the first two days... then they will stop asking.

Beautiful resort, with amazing staff. All cheerful and happy. Complete all-inclusive experience with no restrictions (access to all restaurants etc). Not very crowded, there is room for everybody at the swimming pool or at the beach, just beautiful.

Food: I found the food to be bland and repetitive. Every day Shrimp, Salmon and Sea Bass, grilled with very little seasoning I am someone who enjoys very spicy and flavorful dishes, many of the dishes lacked both. Room service is an extra charge of $22 USD I believe. Food Service: This may be a cultural thing so i'm not sure how fair it is, however at meals it seemed like the waiters sole focus was just to get the food in front of you Period. It may not be what you ordered, you may not have utensils to eat with, you may not even have a plate, but the food would be brought to you. After that you may not see you waiter again. The waiters don't come back to ask if everything is okay or if you want or need anything else. The only location where this differed was at the Italian restaurant (which by the way is absolutely stunning). The service and food there were great. Entertainment: The entertainment seemed relatively scanty while on the resort. There is a set schedule of yoga, darts, pool exercises and may be volleyball from 10-2pm but after that it seems really quiet and dead on the resort. They need more diversified entertainment in their portfolio.

The property is exceptionally gorgeous. It was so beautifully designed and there are so many facilities to explore. I have been to quite a few resorts and this is easily #1. Everything is picturesque. Although i never used the service I appreciate that they had an on resort cab service. My elderly parents made great use of it. There is a beautiful. ..I mean beautiful spa that has its own pool and so many amazing lounges across the property. General service: The staff really work hard to make your experience pleasurable. They genuinely want to to have a good time. They take pride in their work.

The bed was a little hard and the pillows were a bit hit/miss i.e not very supportive to neck. I requested extra pillows which improved things but the pillows could do with an upgrade. The in-house staff were great with lifting the energy, but the eve entertainment in the theatre was not a good as we had hoped. some of the acts were no good. Overall we managed to enjoy our stay however and would recommend.

responsive staff members, good service. We moved rooms as we were not happy . Another room was promptly given to us in a better location. Resident service rep , Inas was wonderful and arranged evertything. She was in regular contact throguhout whenever we have any query. Really impressed by her. Foods was excellent but must ensure that the a la carte resturants are booked well in advance..
