A little bit windy, but it is good to release hotness.

First of all I want to thank to all employees at reception, restaurant, cafes and pool, all of them were very helpful, very kind. They were doing their job very carefully and with smile. All the meals were very delicious, quality and quantity is perfect. There are a lot of beautiful and charming fishes under the see and you don’t need to dive to see them, you can see all of them but snorkeling. I would go to Sharm again, I will select the same hotel

Overpriced taxifares going to the airport.

Exceptional service of all staffmembers. The staff works very hard, despite their long hours and are always there to give the best service. We loved our stay. We do however, have questionmarks by the long hours the staff works. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and the gardens look amazing.

Loved it. Will be back 100%. Friendly staff, good food, wonderful beach, nice coral reef with cheap rentable-snorkelling gear, pretty close to the airport, lots of seating areas and bars. 10/10 experience. I travelled solo, but left with friends from around the world including staff. No qualms whatsoever.

They could have told me they would provide me with a meal. Even though I missed my first buffet dinner on the day I checked in. As I checked in at 12 midnight after the buffet was finished. The staff did not know or and wasn't inform the security staff that I was staying at the hotel. So they had to call and call and sort it out. Then someone with a buggy came to pick me up as taxi drivers cars are not allowed in the compound. When I check out. Which was at 12.30 (midday) they kept on calling me and wasn't reasonable enough taking into consideration that it was the 1 time guest which basically needed more time to pack his bags and stuff. Just give the guest time. I explained this to the staff at the reception. I need more time. I was rushed to much. Hotel is a bit far away from the main area where all the tourist things are. Taxi cost a fair bit taking them regularly. They should do pick up and drop off every 30 minutes at peak times morning and evening. The toiletries where poor quality and not good which completely on your room.

The hotel was really good and luxurious by Egyptian standards. It's more like 4 stars ⭐ for international standard 😀 The room was very good and as described. I stayed in a twin bedroom with bathroom etc with air-conditioning. The memory foam mattress was 9/10 comfortable and relaxing and you sink into it. You get a really good night's sleep. It allows your body to rest and recover. 🙂 The best mattress I slept on ever. 🤩 They give you a complimentary fruit bowl 🍓 and 🍵 and coffee ☕. The breakfast is really good. It's a buffet breakfast. It is good 8/10. 🙂 But it depends on your taste buds. What you like to eat and enjoy eating.🙂 Your personal taste blend. The hotel is clean and nice and looks good. 😀 I had half board, so I also had a really good dinner. 8/10. 🙂 With buffet food, the quality is compromised. it's same with the breakfast.🙂 The pool area and nightlife is good. There is music during the night and the hotel is just a nice pleasant place to be. There is also karaoke. The is also live dance by dancers from Russia or Ukraine. Don't know which country.😀 There is a beach sand area which leads to the sea I think.😀 There spa and jucazzi pool. The staff are friendly and helpful..🙂 The main lobby is nice. Also, they take people for jumma from the hotel and pick you up as well. 😀 When I arrived around midnight. They provided you with a small menu from the kitchen which was nice. Like burger and shawarma wrap. 🙂 So late check-in people can eat a meal which they missed on the first night of the buffet dinner.🙂 They could have told me this in advance so I would have not eaten out. 🙂 The mattress eat was the winner 🏆 for me at this hotel. It was 9.5/10 The best thing I slept on ever. I need to buy one to take into England. It's really good.🤩 The clean of your room was friendly and helpful. Really nice guy. 🙂 The toilets are really good and clean and modern.

nothing really to complain about, the room was alwats cleaned , they made our last night special it was just how you would expect to be treated.

Staff were super frendly, the pool and breakfast were superb. close walking distance to the Town centre with all the bars. but ended up going only once. we took day trips for quad bikes, and hikes, boat trips and diving. coming back and drinking at the pool bar. really had everything. would definatly go back. has own beach

I you are looking for a beach, the you will be disappointed. As the shoreline is rocky, but great for snorkelling.

Snorkelling and the location were great. It is not a massively big hotel. which is what we like.

Very beautiful hotel. The staff make upgrades our room, because I had a Birthday and I am Genius 3 level. It was very angenehm. I had Congratulations from Shef-cook in main restaurant and very tasty cake!!! Hotel have very good SPA! I took 5 massage. Dunja is perfect!!! Spa made me a gift for birthday too. It was amazing!!! Thank you Reception Julia and Fadhi!!! You made my vacation in high level!!! The food taste, a lot of variety! Smusi from mango and strawberry was amazing!!! Coral reefs wich far from beech bar was amazing with a lot of fish!!! And lifeguard is very net. Morning Pilates and jogga was good. Evenings program was spectacular! Shatl to Naamabay was regularly.

Cleaner was very annoying knocking on the door every time we went back to the room even letting him self in while we were in bed wanting tips , had to give him £10 and tell him to stop hassling us which he did until the following day luckily we was leaving that day , other than that everything else was perfect would return 100%

Sales people were VERY pushy - ask for a red flag whilst sunbathing if you don't want to be bothered (as much). Spa was expensive for what you got

A Very good place to enjoy during vacation on the beach, high standard services, Swimming pool, very beautiful views, also good restaurants and drinks and chairs for tourists to enjoy the Red Sea.
