The gym is unavailable (just from 10:00 AM) There are not enough facilities/interest for children. The WIFI is bad. And the cleaner knocked at the door multiple times while we were sleeping. The employees in the reception didn't tell us all the information regarding the “Wakala” place (it was closed and they sent us to hang out there )

First of all would thanks Miss "Marwa" , she was very professional and helpful. As for the stay, it was very nice weather from 11-02-2024 to 15-02-2024 with a lot of sun ☀️ The room was cleared daily and it was very comfortable and large! All the service around is very accurate and accessible, the cleaning and gardening around was done perfectly, which makes comfortable stay. Very good beach, Pools & an Amzing Lagoon ⛱️ Very nice restaurant of the hotel with very good Chefs, all the food was very tasty and it was in the way "all you can eat". Thanks!

The hotel room were a bit old and need maintenance. There was not enough shampoo, body lotion, which you expected from 5 star.

The attitude to the guest needs to be more polite. The beauty salon needs update it's old and without style but the treatment was excellent. Snack bar needs 2 working man and not one. We waited a lot. Please be careful of the photographer. Ask for price in advance. There is no fixed price.

The property is amazing! Staff were wonderful, I want to thank dear Doaa frim the reception that was kind and helped us with everything we needed, and to thank Sayed from the restaurant who was great, helpful with our baby and gave us the best service. I would definitely come back

There are no options for people who need to be gluten free, although the chef tried his best to help. I think that there should be more awareness for gluten free food and every meal there should have some gluten free option. The linen were coarse.

The hotel is designed nicely and is suited for the desert. The view is very nice. There is a big pool and another one in renovation and a artificial lake. The sea shore is large. The room was big and clean. The staff was kind. The meals were diverse.

they were doing a lot of construction to our hotel wing when we were there and the elevator was OOO due to that once or twice. The alcohol was somehow worse than bottom shelf.

The staff was great. Starting from Arafat from the reception through the ones in the beach, the room service, dinning room. Great pools, acsess to the beach and to the salt lake lagoon. All inclusive with 3 meals, cocktails, wines, ice creams, etc. Big room with a great balcony.
