It is very unfortunate that a hotel of such beauty and splendor is treated with poor manners by the staff This is only in El Palacio All the people in Palma and Mirette are very helpful but in El Palacio otherwise There was a problem at El Palacio Beach, and when I spoke to the front offices, the employee told me, “This is not my problem, it is your problem. You must solve it without offering any assistance.” I spoke with more than one person there and also some managers from different departments to no avail and no one can help you. They all say the same thing. I went to the reception desk in Palma and the staff there were helpful and willing to do anything to make you enjoy your stay. An entire day of my stay was wasted due to lack of cooperation. I went to security, no help, the front offices as well, and the officials on the beach as well, and in the end I had to solve my problem myself. ...There are some employees who need some training to deal with different nationalities

Everything is beautiful in this wonderful place. The beginning of the service, all the people are cooperative from the front offices, employee Hamdi Ammar and Mahmoud Jamaa from the H.k There is a variety of aqua for children and adults The seashore is beautiful and clean. Excellent hotel as value for money. Food was delicious with different options for each meal. We had access to the facilities and restaurants for the 3 hotels of Sunny Days. Hotel was clean and Staff were very friendly. I will revisit it again for sure.

There weren’t enough varieties of types of food

We visited the hotel for the second time and that was after the administration office paid attention and insisted to take into consideration our previous concerns and this resulted into allot of noticeable improvements such as the rooms, the hygiene, the food the the behaviour of the staff in addition to the previous things that were already good such as the show, the beach, and the aqua and for that we are sincerely thankful towards mister Hossam Mohamed GM. for his focus on even the small details

Internet in my room was really, really poor . It wasn't easy to know what was happening at the hotel. What shows was and were.

I liked the place, the fact that we could use the facilities in all family hotels. The food was ok, and the choice was big enough. Family( kids) were really happy with Aqua Park Ali from the swimming pool, which was really helpful.

The air condition wasn't working at the beginning of my stay, it took them a couple of hours to get it working. Also food wasn't good, poor taste and not too many options. Breakfast was the best meal but still poor compared to other hotels, rather than that everything was great.

Hotel was good value for monet. It wasn't a five star resort, which I didn't expect anyway. The outdoor areas (beach and pools) were nice and clean.

The hotel needs a big renovation, the rooms are very outdated.

The water park with many slides and heated pools. There was a good variety of food. That you can use the facilities of three hotels incl the restaurants and pools so there is plenty of variety and space. Staff was nice.

Cleanness of the rooms

Great place, great location, aqua park in the resort was fantastic, beach with reef as a part of comlex was bonus. Hassan at the reception was very customer oriented and helpfull. Only thing to work on is a cleanness in the rooms. If you will improve this, the resort will be great place to spend holiday.

Cleanliness of the room can be improved especially bed sheets and pillows

Friendly staff ,helping and caring...especially hesham alsadany from the reception ....our check-in took almost 5 minutes and it was early check-in he did a great job really....and also Hossam the billman, Hossam the hotel security, mina from the reception and the general manager they were very nice staff in general the aqua was great ,amazing swimming pool and beach in Palma de merit was good......food was good especially breakfast..value for the money....highly recommended 👍

The room is very old and the toilet was very old and bad equipment in use The fridge was very old and in bad condition and it can’t be used like this
