Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Reception is professional, Can't do enough for you making sure your stay is amazing. First visit but will definitely be back. It is clean, rooms have plenty of space, minibar and comfy beds. Entertainment during the day to join in with but no pressure. Beach volleyball, yoga, zumba, aqua aerobics something for everyone. Can't wait to come back!

Mr. Badr (F.O manager) is very friendly and generous, he welcomed us even before arriving to the hotel via whatsapp and once we arrived him and all reception staff welcomed us again. Mr.Badr was checking on us and following up with us frequently to make sure that we having good time. Ahmed and (Ibrahim the life guard) from adult pool bar, Mohamed from adult beach bar, Ahmed from Italian restaurant and Tamer from Mongolian restaurant were very kind and offered excellent service to us. Ahmed abo talb from house keeping who took care of our room through our stay, kept the room very clean and spotless. Animation team were funny and interactive specially Moamen.

We really enjoyed our stay at sunrise Diamond beach resort and wish if it was longer. I would like to highlight something about all the staff specifically at restaurants, they were extremely pleasant and polite and always had beautiful smiles on their faces which made us feel wonderful about the resort.

United KingdomBuffet food was not great. On the nights we couldn't get an a la carte reservation, it was a struggle to find something in the buffet. A lot of seafood. Premium brand drinks not included.
Amazing resort. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. All staff were super friendly. Great entertainment and animation team as well. Main pool is heated to a great temperature (perfect for children). Rooms are big and spacious. Great aqua park although the water is a little cold here. A la carte restaurants were great to, delicious food.
