Staff dealing with Egyptian I extend stay 1 day and confirmed this with them receptionist at payment want to pay me much than confirmed room as it's not the same room

Food variability is limited Discrimination between Egyptian and foreigners in dealing with the different facilities.. But m. Ashour responded to this complaint General Restaurant staff and food is not good

Beach is fine Pool aquapark Good response to complain from m. M.ashour Housekeeping is friendly (General Mamlook palace restaurant) is very nice , friendly & delicious food..Nice to get acsess in it.

The beach is mostly sandy. In some parts of the beach there are a lot of stones which are painful when one tries to swim, but other parts are fine.

Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff was really nice, food was good. There was a small problem in paying for the baby sitting service, but the staff solved it immediately during checkout.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable. I felt happy with everything and enjoyed the water games. There is a variety of food and there are several restaurants. The stuff were very friendly & helpful.

We have really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, special thanks to the Aqua team, all the waiters specially Mr. Ali, restaurant chefs (Executive Chef & Pasta chef In lunch time) really all the staff are amazing, friendly, helpful people. We have enjoyed each moment, beach is super clean and nice, thank you everyone 😊🙏🙏🌹

Sunrise Garden Beach Resort exceeded my expectations. The suite was incredibly spacious, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. One of the highlights was the fantastic variety of food options available, including Asian, Mongolian, Spanish, Indian, Italian, and more. The a la carte restaurants provided a delightful culinary journey in addition to the main restaurant. I must give a special mention to Julia from guest relations for her great service and assistance to book the restaurant, Mohamed from the front desk, for his efficient help in booking my room making the reservation process smooth. And a special thanks to Chef Mahmoud and Mohamed from the Mongolian restaurant. Their expertise and kindness made the dining experience truly memorable. Their attention to detail and friendly service were commendable. The resort offers an array of activities including billiards, mini-golf, basketball, tennis courts, horseback riding, and a marina for easy boat access. This variety makes it convenient and enjoyable for guests of all interests.the water park at the resort was fantastic, adding an extra element of fun and relaxation to our stay. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Sunrise Garden Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation spot.

That I had to leave back to work😢

This is my first time in Hurghada and this resort is definitely the reason to come back again and again to the same place. Hotel is very clean and staff are amazing; special thanks to Mohamed & Mohamed from reception team as both were of a great help and support to me during my 5 days. Hotel facilities, restaurants, animation team, hospitality are all well taken care off by the every one for an outstanding guest experience. My 10 and 8 yrs kids loved the place and wanted to stay more….
