Service and quality is amazing , but need more varieties

For Dahab it might be a good hotel, but in general it's far from to be a 4-star hotel. AC in my room was so loud, so I had to turn it off. Kettle didn't work, I complian twice but they didn't do anything. Gym is closed by a key that you have to ask for at the reception (what?). The hotel doesn't have a sauna. The reception has zero knowledge about the SPA center (it's a separate business). Breakfast was so-so. Dinners have no beverage included, you have to buy evev water, not a big deal but trying to catch attention of waiters often wad difficult, sometimes they brought beverage when I had finished already my meal.

The hotel, rooms, common areas, pools are very clean, nothing to complain. The room had a decent wifi which for Egypt is valuable. Dinners were ok, I can't say the same about breakfasts though.

I hope my review will be insightful for the hotel management . There were two people at the reception desk , one of them , Mohamed , had a fake welcoming smile and was not experienced enough to handle unexpected issues that might come up : I had a late pick up car , he should have asked us to wait in the hotel lounge and made us feel we were still welcome at the hotel after checkout time ; which would have made me feel at ease and less stressed The other person , Ashraf , did not always smile but he always made sure that we were happy and our needs were met

I enjoyed the beach and the pool surroundings especially at night

The shower door allowed water to leak all over the bathroom floor and the latch in the bathroom door was misaligned and non-functional. The pavers on the walkway outside were dissolving, which caused sand to be tracked into the room every time we entered.

The resort is very nice. We stayed as part of a larger family group with a span of ages between 58 and 3 years old. There was enough at the property to engage everyone in the group. There’s also plenty of off-site activities that we enjoyed.

I would like to know if salads are cleaned with pure water to stop Dahab dash. Been to Dahab many times and avoid salads and fruits as originally washed in tap water which has bugs in 2010.

The resort is very looked after, very clean and gardens were very nice to walk through.

All in all the breakfast was good but I have some comments for improvement :) Could have had more fruit options for the breakfast, for example in season strawberries The fateer was very dry, if they could look at making Fateer frresh each day, would be an amazing addition to the breakfast Fresh milk in the coffee machine at the breakfast would be good - it was using powdered milk which sometimes tasted a bit funny

Excellent hotel. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and it has quick access to its private beach and bar. The beach has soft sand and there are no rocks and pebbles, making it great place to swim without shoes. The hotel is a 5 minute drive to the Dahab center (mamsha), so its v convenient if you have a car. Breakfast was also great with a wide variety of options. Overall I would definitely come back.

The food quality and variety at both breakfast and dinner could get much better

Beautiful beach and nice location. The room was good although a bit old. The resort is not too big so this was fine. The swimming pool was very good.

everything was great: the food was excellent (better than most) and vary every day with enough choice for our party that include a vegan and vegetarian to found food for their need. The beach bar was great and the staff on the beach were always there to help. Every evening there was a show of very high quality

The menus are getting more reduced, no watermelon is offered. It has become less Swiss (is the founder/owner still in business or has he sold it?)

Aside from the dinners, I felt the breakfast was lacking. Same breakfast everyday but different dinners. Lunch was just okay, I think i would just get a taxi into town and have lunch along the Tourist walk. They have a poolside restaurant which serves better lunch options but you have to pay for this, even with all inclusive. Personally I think it's better to get half board and just buy lunch. The all inclusive mocktails were just okay, and bar snacks they only put out once. So if its gone they don't refill or top it up. The juices as part of all inclusive are like squash or from concentrate, but they can give you fresh juices like mango juice if you pay for it. I feel it should be included in the all inclusive..

The garden view room was a good size. The restaurant dinner was great, especially the oriental (Egyptian) night on Friday. The beach and lounge area is lovely, very private and the beach is clean. The staff are so friendly and the entertainment staff are so nice and informative. The fire show was amazing. The garden landscaping is done beautifully, pristine condition and well maintained. Great location, has a supermarket around the corner and a quick 10 min drive into town.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit loud.

The location was very good. We liked the service very much, all were very friendly. The resort was very well taken care of. Very tidy rooms. They even gave us food packages on arrival and departure. The transfers from and to the airport were taken comfortably taken care of by the resort reception at little cost. Room service was daily and very reliable. Room closet hat hotel safe and we had a fridge for food and drinks. Meals at the restaurant were diversified, healthy and tasty, lots of styles to choose from in the buffet. The beach of the hotel had a diving school and an own house reef with lots of interesting fish species for snorkeling or diving. Very recommendable, best resort in Dahab.

1-Food was good but need more diversity. 2-Animation can do more 3-Pay attention to beverages (Hard $ Soft) served at the beach bar, very expensive and very law quality. 4-A/C was very noisy especially at bed time

1-Location and Sea & Mountain View. 2-Sand beach with very clear water. 3-Elbert near to the City center around 10 min driving. 4-Food was good 5-Free Parking if you travel by your car. 6-Swimming pool was great 7-Dahab is a great place to visit with so amazing activities to be done.
