great hotel! very polite staff. at late check-in they brought us dinner to the room. daily cleaning - very clean and cozy. we had a sea view room. beautiful view and sunrises. breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea. the beach is very close (3 min.). it's free, clean and convenient. sandy, not deep. comfortable with a child. I got good impressions.

Daily they should have been diffrent selection of food and should have had more variety of option.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and generous. She beautifully decorated thr bedroom in our wedding anniversary. The house keepers did a fantastic job everyday. The rest of the staff were also helpful. Thank you all for your customer service.

We had a really nice time at Swiss Welness. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. They really made the difference. They also helped us with the lagguage storage and a late dinner because we checked-in late. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a nice private beach that you can access for free and it's a short ride distance from other beautiful beaches, the center and the airport. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

Reception staff could be a little more friendly and helpful, sometimes a bit dismissive, but it wasn't too bad.

The facilities were excellent and exceeded expectations due to the price paid. Things are a bit run down but at the price I paid, it was expected.

The bathroom is not remodeled at all. The shower was confusing and very small. It is not ocean front as the pictures show you. You have to walk past a neighborhood and cross a street. The bed is rock hard

The ocean view room was nice with the double windows and a lot of sunlight. The lobby is nice. And the food was good. Great service.

The shower had a little problem: its base had been wrongly installed, so that it tilted slightly towards the door and therefore water always leaked onto the bathroom floor. It was clear from the woodwork by the door that this has been a problem for a long time. Also, I would have preferred to have a few pastries at breakfast, or cereal.

This is a pleasant and very welcoming hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was good and plentiful. It's in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable. The bed was a little harder than I prefer but only slightly so.

The staff, everyone was so kind especially Nada at the reception! (I was a solo woman traveller - my fiancè joined me a couple of days later). I was able to leave my luggage 48h there as i did a 2 days excursion to Luxor. Breakfast and diner are included and change everyday. There is a spa in the lower floor, i did several massages, it was great (more european prices though)!

Food can get a bit repetitive after several days, especially breakfasts. Parts of the room are just a bit dated, so for example we had some minor issues with the shower.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good dinners. Nice spa for about 20EUR/USD per person for about 1 hour.

The pool, unfortunatly there is no sun and there is no privacy because the windows are facing the pool.

The meals were a little repetitive, even with the Christmas menu. But I guess I shouldn't complain since they were included in the stay.

I liked the hotel staff. They were very friendly and treated me like family. I did not feel lonely at all while I was traveling alone.

The staff were excellent. Nada on the reception and Mr Ali did everything they could to make me feel welcome and cared for. They are very good people. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were also extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is situated far enough away from the noisy central areas but close enough to walk or take an inexpensive taxi ride. James B 😅

Repetitive meals, problems with internet connection (when internet was working than suddenly was disconnected, few times I had to try to connect and it was everyday like that.) In the room internet is not working(you need to pay 3$ per day ), only in reception and pool is free, but we were lucky to catch signal from balcony :). My partner had massage at the same time as me , he said he want medium strong and woman who was massaging him she was very slow and soft, as not experienced, he asked for stronger, but she didnt speak english. He was very disappointed. Hotel is very quiet and boring, swimming pool always empty, actually there was never sunny. For dinner water was served immediately which I didnt like cause taste was really bad even if its bottled water tastes like running water. Also first time in my life I have seen that I cannot take wine to my meal, specially for dinner people likes to drink glass of wine, Unfortunately in hotel was completely any alcohol, even for buy extra.

Room was spacious, big comfortable bed, everything super clean, enough towels, balcony with a sea view , big wardrobes. Very nice and helpful staff always ready and smiling. I get also nice massage in the spa centrum in the hotel, and we tried scuba diving with instructor from hotel, he was very proffessional and very symphatic too :) We had flight in the night and they let us stay untill midnight in the room with extra charge , I appreaciate cause it would be difficult to check out at 12:00 when we had flight at 2 in the night.

The breakfast buffet needs a little bit of improvement with more varieties. However, food taste is really tasty

A real honest review for Swiss wellness dive resort, thank you all for your warm welcome and great hospitality, all staff from Front office manager Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Ahmed Ali the resident manager and all other staff are professional, helpful, friendly and smiling, the cleanliness and the touch of classy is really appreciated, I enjoyed very much my vacation at your cosy relaxing resort, it is worth mentioning that food is realy cooked with love ❤️ thanks to Chef Hazem, it is realy an experience would love to take again, felt like home .....thanks to all of you.

The gym was not ready to use. The beach is very small and not at all comparable to a resort.

Very kind service, very clean, very good condition of the hotel and nicely decorated. We found a comfortable atmosphere. The food was great as well.
