The beach is far from the hotel. The extra chargeable menu items is so expensive The cost of the stay is so expensive when in the end its a half board stay!

The bus that goes to the sea starts at 10, and there is no other way to reach to the sea unless you have your own car

The Hotel is not overlooking of the sea comparing to the rate/night is expensive there is 5 stars hotel with sea view with same price. Also, Hotel hasn't limousines service nor shop very small. Again price to is very high comparing to value.

Food menue has diversity and the food is delicious. The resturants is cozy and comfort. Nice

1- bathroom door was not closing. 2- due to using instant water heater .. the hot water was breaking 3- the buffet has low variety 4- the cafeteria service should be better on the beach

- Nothing to do after dinner, there’s an animation team but it’s mainly for kids. Lagoon & beach cafe were almost closed by 10 pm. - The area around the pool is in dire need for maintenance.

-A very nice small hotel, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. - Chic & comfortable room. - Great food and plenty of varieties specially the breakfast buffet. - I called earlier to arrange for some requests and early check in..All our requests were met and they even surprised us with a room decoration and a free cake to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you Yasmine for your kind gesture.

When we arrived, the music around the pool was really excessively loud but they turned it down. It was so loud that I had to raise my voice to complain about it. Very silly. The bottom of the pool needs attention pretty soon.

I liked pretty much everything. Really felt like somewhere a bit special and very individual. Food was wonderful. Service exemplary. A bar basically in the pool! Very clean. Stunningly bright. Beach was great.

Even the hotel recently opened, but the room's installation parts need more attention " heater needed fixing, some parts fell off the wall or the screws were loose".

We enjoyed the stay but one thing was not supposed to happen, the power went out in the whole hotel for 5 hours, impacting everything that works with the electricity, the a/c, lightings, with no water 😔
