Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I was really happy with the location and the view of my room. I liked the way the hotel was maintained. The rooms were nice but the bathrooms require some renovation work, they are good and clean but not as per the hotel standards.

United KingdomWasn’t a fan of the blue beach which you have access to from the hotel. Party zone when I wanted to sit in peace at a pool. Minor flaw but not hotel related but wanted to mention.

NetherlandsWhen we checked in, they offered a better room with a cheaper price tag. When I notice that my name on the paper is not correct, they apologised and updated it. However, they have also updated the cost and decreased the room quality. When I questioned the offer was different, they answered “it is a different situation” It was clearly a mistake but I would have absorbed the cost if I was at the desk of hotel management. We ended up upgrading the room with additional fee

United KingdomThis is outside of the hotel's control - there's a family of (very tame and friendly) dogs in that side of the marina who bark at night which disturbed our sleep. Also, the Blue Beach Club is open in the evening/night so can hear loud music up to midnight/1am. We still liked the hotel and area enough to extend our stay and will probably stay there again next year.
The location right in the Marina. Restuarants and shops all around and easy to walk around streets, The room (Delux Double Room with Sea View) cleaned each day, bottled water, tea, coffee etc replenished each day. Helpful staff. Roof top restaurant has great views. Access to the Blue Beach Club private beach.

This Boutique Hotel is in an excellent location at the entrance to the Marina. The area is pedestrianised and pleasant for walks, with good availability of restaurants. Ideal for boat trips out to the Red Sea. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The food was good and the views over the marina create a good ambience.

United KingdomThe only issue we had was the shower wasn't very powerful, but that's just being picky.
The hotel was in an ideal position on the marina, quiet but also in the centre of things. Close to the beach club, which we could and did use daily. The food in the hotel and club was really nice and reasonably priced. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable, and serviced daily. There were plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from on the marina. It was also nice to walk around and not get hassled.
