This week at the Grand Palace, after 10 days travelling around Egypt, was something we will never forget. the quality of the hotel, the amazing pools, the bars, the buffet, the most amazing staff i ever found in any hotel around the world. The reception with Ahmed was always super friendly, the room cleaning , always the same person , didnt fixed his name (my room was 5305 dear manager of the hotel) was so but so good at his job and so friendly and worried about our well being, the restaurant and bar staff always very effective. you have a Hotel that is itself a monument (congrats to who made the project) and a "top of the nocth" human team! Its fantastic, crazy crazy good! we will be back! Thank you for everythinhg!<3

Seafood at the buffet was of very low quality. Most dishes at the buffet are VERY oily. You better bring a very strong digestive system to your stay at this hotel. The room on the groundfloor smelled of sewer caused by direct piping of the shower without filter. Without keeping the terass door open and the air condition permanently running, the entire room stank. While the room card was not inserted in a special pocket, all electricity to the room was cut off, causing the heat and smell to welcome you every time returning to the room.

The area is very beautiful, and well maintained. The staff at the reception, cleaning personnel and at all the other facilities is super supportive. Very nice pool(s), the water was defacto always very very clean. The pool and beach bar personnel very friendly and reactive, serving you directly at your sun beds. Free cocktails (both with and without alcohol) were nice. The room was spaceous and well equiped. VERY beautifully furnished. The terass with exit to a more private pool was also very nice. The various a-la-carte restaurants were very nice and the food quality better than the buffet and the staff in the restaurant very friendly. The hotel area very well maintained, garden groomed and overall looking exceptional.

There’s variety with the menu. We had our favourite menu for every meal - (their chips are the best!), but some of them could be improved (ice cream, etc)

It has a clean private beach right in front of it. It is not brand-new, but it definitely has its own charm, and all facilities were well-managed. We liked all views from every corner. The chill vibe flows in the whole resort, so we were able to relax and chill.

Lovely situation on own beach. Lots of sunbeds and pods on beach and around pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good rooms and all very clean. Food was on the whole very good as were the drinks.

Everything is perfect, Mr Nader the manager of the Hotel is very professional and also Mr hamdy , they are working to make us satisfied and happy, all the staff are very helpful and we had a perfect vacation, the sea is Wonderful and if you want a relaxing vacation this will be the best choice

Nothing at all

Hotel is really a Paradise of Relaxation, the resort over all is very clean, quiet, cozy and the did their best to create a fantastic atmosphere.   Food and beverages were more than amazing, we really enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, we were expecting regular oriental food but they surprised us with  a fantastic international food and specially the seafood.  All hotel staff was so friendly and very professional in the same time .. they were doing all efforts to make us comfortable and enjoyed.   Location is perfect and room view was wonderful and they organized some entertainment parties which was really awesome.  It's adults only hotel , so no kids noise at all so you feel so relaxed on the pool or on the beach.  Many thanks for the hotel management who succeeded to embrace us , and very special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim el nagar the group area manager , Hamdy dewir the F&B assistant manager, Nader Labib the reception manager and the chef.  Many thanks guys for making our vacation unforgettable.

Amazing staff! Friendly, Profesional and helpful! Architecture of the hotel is beautiful, perfect for a couples and people who would like to relax without any loud music and children running around. The area and view looks astonishing, the yachts in the background..amazing!

The staff was friendly but often very pushy on getting tips. As is common in Egypt, giving a tip up front ensures good service, otherwise it's hit and miss. The hotel seems quite disorganized. The reception staff often didn't have the information we needed. For example, there were events happening every now and then but there was no information on those. It was not clear which nights we could go to an a la carte restaurant without paying for a special meal, so in the end we didn't go. It generally was too quiet for us, the bar closes early, there is no music or evening entertainment, no night club. Food at the beach bar during the day was horrible. The chicken Caesar salad was a joke. The all inclusive drinks were not great. The cocktails contained almost no alcohol and the paid-for drinks weren't much better. In the end we stuck to wine and beer as those had normal alcohol content. The spa was not really a spa but some converted hotel rooms. We had 2 massages and a Cleopatra treatment. The massages were amazing, the Cleopatra treatment was a waste of time and money. Generally, I think this hotel lacks in some services and amenities that match it's level of style.

The resort was lovely, nicely designed and laid out, different pools and beautiful style everywhere. The food in the main buffet restaurant was usually good, we did not try the a la carte restaurants The Egyptian massage at the spa was one of the best I've had in a long time. Close to the airport and directly at the beach.

A negative point is the smell of cat urine at the entrance to the reception hall. The cocktails served could be more varied and of better quality.

Of all the hotels in the region visited, I can definitely say that this hotel is the best. I recommend it with confidence, because you won't regret it. it is a hotel with spacious, clean rooms, with a huge and well-equipped territory, the beach is just as beautiful. The reception staff (especially Mr. Fady) very professional. The kitchen staff, those who tidy up the rooms and on the territory, always smiling and helpful. I really recommend this hotel.

This hotel palace, was superb, my best stay in all those fancy hotels so far. Food, staff, rooms, the beds, pools, I mean everything was just so nice! And the food, is OMG, tasty, so much to chose from! The only downside, there is no events going in the evenings, or bar/hotel club with proper music. But apart that, its amazing, I would come back no matter what!

There is nothing I didn’t like.

The property is super spacious, safe and clean, you’ll always find sunny spots. Although it’s very close to the airport you won’t hear any planes. There was a huge variety of food at all the times (delicious food). The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The food is poor in options and really bad taste. The italian restaurant has reasonable options but the Steak restaurant is terrible bad.
