The only thing that was annoying was Adele's songs in the morning... DJ please play some oriental chillout playlist insted. Thank you my friend! 😁 Please change the snack menu, local homemade dip dish and fruits wolud be better chioce (watermelon, banana, melon).

Great location with beautiful and magical surrounding atmosphere. Our room was on the top floor and spacious with a wonderful view. The food was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great cleaning service - Tarik! Hope to be back soon for a longer visit! 😎

The most important thing I don’t liked the food I have tried all restaurants there but can’t find one 🙃 really if the hotel do something to do food well really this hotel will be the best hotel in Hurghada

The engineering department was too bad, the elevator door no have safety system or sensor and closed with full power on my child car without regret

Food and beverages are not of best quality. Wifi is only in the lobby. Elevators are pretty old and seem unsafe. No parking area available.

The staff are super great, very generous and friendly, they do really treat all guests with a smile on their face and very attentive. The vibes are good overall there, resort is massive. The suite is spacious and lovely view of the resort from the terrace. The doorman is always welcoming all the time and Mohamed Mohsen the receptionist, attentive, cheerful and always willing to assist for any tiny thing. First time to see a place that takes care of cats, they appear to be relaxed and interactive in a friendly way with guests everywhere.

A man with a leaf blower outside our room woke us at 5.30am. Loud music for aqua aerobics woke us at 8.30am. Not much sleep. There’s not much greenery in the resort and because the building circles the pool the loud music frequently playing, echos everywhere. Not a relaxing environment. Only wifi in the lobby.

We arrived at 2am and the friendly night manager was expecting us which was nice. Large and relaxing lobby with lots of seating and a fountain to chill out and use wifi. Good food with lots of variety. As with all resorts in Egypt some western dishes lack flavour but you can try a bit of everything to work out the best dishes. Staff make an effort to tend to your needs and be polite. We only stayed in transit to Makadi Bay so can’t comment on the beach area.

Would have been nice to have free WiFi in the rooms

There was so much going on, 11 different restaurants to choose from which were included in the all inclusive and the food was actually really nice. The changed up the food everyday in the main restaurants so there was always something new to try and there were stations were the chefs would make you the food fresh. The staff were so so lovely and very accommodating and made you feel very welcomed and comfortable. The pools were also amazing and the view from our room was so beautiful. The area outside the hotel was so beautiful too and everything around it look so luxurious. The private beach was also a really nice beach
