How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

As a vegan person I ddnt have options to meet my taste. I would recommend to add some vegan station to such people. The rooms need some innovations, its very old.
I like most the friendly staff, from the front office ((Akram, adam & zaki) all were very helpful d gentelmen, from the guest relation manager (Mohammed Taha) was a beautiful person with his sweet smile, kindness & very helpfull, whever I need help he was there with his prompt action of assistance, i called him the rabbit in his speed. Also Mr. مخمد عطيتو (Atito) was so professional & perform a high quality of service. All the above & many more like the Chef Anno (Omer Jaber) & the assistant manager @ Marakesh restuarant (Tayeb) made me to extend my stay in the resort without any hesitating. My stay was really memorable & without any doubt will try it again in the future. The roome service (Ayman) & others were so good in resoonse to my instructions. With love Mona Hasaniya

Free wifi only in lobby but very slow, sometime it is impossible to just load a song on YT. Wifi price starts from e5 per device and per day. Gym is across the street in the other hotel and you have to pay e3 per hour. Some staff/waiter only come to you if you tip them, if not they will just ignore you and go refill other guests instead. This happened to me at the restaurant and at the pool. Mattress in the room is too soft. Clients are mostly German, so many that even the staff speak German. I do not recommend this for solo traveler.
Close to the airport (you can book your taxi airport with booking for less than e5), food is varied but sometimes too salty, dried or sweet but there are a few restaurants so you will always find something to your liking. With the breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, late dinner, you can basically eat/drink all day! A bit difficult to get a spot at the pool (go very early), or just go to the beach, however be prepared to be harassed every few minutes with ppl selling you stuff. There are different companies for tours in the lobby, make sure to compare prices with outside agency and online (like booking). Some are incredibly expensive...also bear in mind you can always negotiate.

Everything is too big, not suitable for individuals with limited mobility. Safe on the floor, makes things difficult. Not enough electric outlets to charge the phone Food budget not enough. Few meat dishes. Too many potato dishes and eggplant dishes Large canopy in room impedes air circulation For healthy active guests, they would be rated excellent if they improve the food variety, and the cooking methods

The only thing that was annoying was Adele's songs in the morning... DJ please play some oriental chillout playlist insted. Thank you my friend! 😁 Please change the snack menu, local homemade dip dish and fruits wolud be better chioce (watermelon, banana, melon).
Great location with beautiful and magical surrounding atmosphere. Our room was on the top floor and spacious with a wonderful view. The food was delicious, with a huge variety of options. The staff were attentive, helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great cleaning service - Tarik! Hope to be back soon for a longer visit! 😎

The most important thing I don’t liked the food I have tried all restaurants there but can’t find one 🙃 really if the hotel do something to do food well really this hotel will be the best hotel in Hurghada

The engineering department was too bad, the elevator door no have safety system or sensor and closed with full power on my child car without regret

Food and beverages are not of best quality. Wifi is only in the lobby. Elevators are pretty old and seem unsafe. No parking area available.
The staff are super great, very generous and friendly, they do really treat all guests with a smile on their face and very attentive. The vibes are good overall there, resort is massive. The suite is spacious and lovely view of the resort from the terrace. The doorman is always welcoming all the time and Mohamed Mohsen the receptionist, attentive, cheerful and always willing to assist for any tiny thing. First time to see a place that takes care of cats, they appear to be relaxed and interactive in a friendly way with guests everywhere.
