Room was full of mosquitos and a bit stuffy when I arrived. Bathroom needs renovation. Food is very bad!! The presentation the choice the salads everything is so not upto standard. I already read a lot of comments about the food and that they need to change the chef and I don't know why they are not trying to improve. I just felt they are using the left overs to make a new meal, seriously any normal person can make better food choice, presentation, and taste.

At times not even a single vegetaranian cooked food, staff were requested, but they just flatly replied not available. But did not seek to suggest or also try yo make it. Service very poor. Quality of milk not good... Many things were not in order. Staff not very friendly- damn care attitude

Staff is amazing bar man & restaurant manager & security manager was very friendly & David and Ahmed in reception was very nice house keeping was good all staff is very nice and give good hospitality I satisfied and sure I will come back many thanks for all hotel staff Wich the reason that I will come back here very comfortable place for solo vacation and group of friends .

Our stay in Grand Hotel sharm was excellent, We spent 6 nights there and the hotel was amazing The view and room is perfect But the most beautiful thing that we experience is the staff , specially the fron disck manager Mr.Amr I hope he see my comments thanks for being such friendly and professional person you was trying your best to make our stay comfortable Also I want thank Mr.Ahmed Mansour at the reception you was amazing helping us in many things he was always meet at us with smile and he did his best to make us happy Also the rooms was very clean and the housekeeping was taking care of the room to keep it clean They have coffee and the tea they used to leave it at the room so we can enjoy the morning coffee before we go out of the room The beach was you will enjoy it for sure Many swimming pools Different variety of food every where any time In any place you can enjoy the nice drinks and tasty snake with VIP attitude from the staff Many other hotel when you booked all inclusive they tray not to give every thing But in Grand Hotel they want you to take more they service you with a smile They treat you as a family Definitely we will come back again I can write more and more about this hotel I give them 95 % rating All the best

Super poor hotel, food was awful Waiters at restaurants taking pictures with guests instead of working Cleaners will be knocking your door at 8 am for 1 hour until you open the door

Location , Room service , Staff treat us bad , Room facilities (Air conditioning was damaged , mini bar was damaged , T.V have only two channels with very bad resolution (below 144) , Toilet with bathroom seat is broken and there is no shower for this base, The hotel is a large area and there are no clear signs or large paintings and arrows showing the way inside between the houses.

May be the breakfast and dinner only was delicious but dinner was so bad

The staff from F&B have a terrible attitude and behavior, all the tourists were foreigners and the staff were curse the tourists by Arabic Which gives a bad impression to tourists about tourism in Egypt , the food in main restaurant were very poor, there weren't any varieties, the same food every day. The room was full of mosquitoes , I couldn't sleep during the night , I complained about it but nothing was done. Animation's show is poor
