Everything was good

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and we were there one night prior to our flight. Sadly we arrived too late to use the pool and left too early but it looked lovely. The staff were helpful our rooms large comfortable and clean. We had a 7am pickup and breakfast was ready at 6.30 for us and many others though they said breakfast was from 7am which was great. We had a short pleasant visit.

Nothing in particular. Perhaps the times of restaurant needs to be open for a longer time. That's it.

11 days were memorable during the holy month of Ramadan with activities at the Nubian village or the month's very special drinks and food. The hotel mastered it unique hospitality very well. Nothing beats it's security and location were very good. Mr. Mahmoud the bellman was more than helpful to me he assisted almost in everything from helping with my luggage to clothes needs to be gone to laundry. Also can't forget the helpful reception staff were good too. . All in all amazing experience.

Very clean, comfortable room for a very reasonable price. Bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby. Located close to Cairo International Airport, and planes fly over frequently but the rooms must be soundproofed because I hardly heard anything while sleeping or even just relaxing. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Free breakfast was included.

We were very, very, disappointed that the taxi we had arranged through Booking.com was messed up and we were left stranded at the airport for over an hour trying to negotiate a ride to the hotel....not having any Egyptian currency nor trust in the drivers who were mobbing us at the airport. This is something that should be sorted immediately..

Shower tub is extremely small, you can only stand. Window not really noise isolation, still can hear the flight noise. The last day check out, staff informed me that the marble deck was broken(by me) but obviously that damage looked like digging hard with hammer, obviously not from customers. However, the staff told me that he believed me, so far they didn’t charge me from it. But I am not sure if his trick to get some tips.

We didn't have enough US dollars to pay for the night, so we paid on card their eftpos machine kept cutting out so they charged us a few times. Of course we were slugged with the international fees. We also have to dispute it with our bank. The lady behind the counter kept saying the transactions were not the hotel, but was "fake". Anyway the transaction finally went through and it was the same amount and description, so wasn't fake. If you do stay here, don't pay on card, have US dollars. There was alot of miscommunication issues, for room service we called reception as there was no number to call in the room, we called the room service np, they didn't understand, back to reception, this went back and forth with different numbers 5 times. They also told us at reception the pool closed at 7pm, but later we were told 5. That sort of thing. Would we stay here again? Probably not, very close to the airport. Planes fly ontop

The swimming pool staff are very cold. they also have strict rules for using swimmingpool, like for women, You Must cover up your hair.

This is in ten minutes ride from The airport. very calme and comfortable. its beautiful area. the reception staff are also friendly. Mostafa was very nice to me. In the room you will find a full set bathroom items even shaving cream and shaver for men. toothpaste and brush.

This is a completely Islamic hotel. Women go into the pool with clothes on. Everyone is wearing hijab. I didn't feel good going into the pool in a swimsuit. Alcoholic drinks are prohibited there. A completely Islamic hotel. This hotel was not suitable for me. But the behavior of the staff was very good.

Too close to the airport hence could hear aeroplane noise all the time. Far from main attractions at least an hour away.

We had a short stay at the property & we were hoping we could be there longer to explore the facilities… When we arrived at night, there was an event going on & was very entertaining with music n dance… the dinner we ordered by the pool was also good.. we enjoyed the few hours & was the best among the rest of the places we stayed at, in Egypt

The location was quite far from the city center, so you practically stay within the hotel area. I expected to have a bit more options to go out during the day, but there was not really anything...

We booked the hotel mainly for the location (close to the airport). In that sense, it fulfilled the requirement. The hotel also offered access to gym, pool and some restaurants. The breakfast option was also very big.

Note that there are 3 restaurants on-site and small bodegas just outside, but not much else in the way of restaurants or cafes within walking distance.

Great stay near the airport! A warm welcome at the front desk by Ahmed Mustafa was greatly appreciated, and felt like I had been put in a newer wing of the hotel with nicely furnished and decorated rooms.
