The variety of food was low. Staff at restaurant were not fast enough, we almost waited everytime to clean the tables.

Lobby area. Beach is one of the best in Hurghada I really recommend! Sun loungers were very comfortable! Food was good. Staff were very good. Internet is working perfectly in all resort area. We got free upgrade to Chalets which were amazing. The room was very big and spacious, same as balcony. We had side sea view. Big bathroom. I recommend going to massage, it was perfect.

Small things to improve to make the hotel excellent. They take too long to serve drinks in the dining room and start removing tables well before the end of the schedule, leaving the indoor ones where the air conditioning is too high. Having much more staff than any hotel in Spain, the attention, being very attentive and friendly, is very lacking in terms of pace. The daytime entertainment would be better at the pool than on the beach, leaving the beach for more relaxation. And the night time can be quite improved, in addition to not making sense that most of it is done at the reception, having such a spectacular place and climate in the gardens or pool. The Shisha corner is not properly served, in addition to not having the oriental drinks as advertised. The glasses used to serve the cocktails could be much better and never made of cardboard or plastic as they were served on more than one occasion.

Great variety and quality of food, congratulations to the cooks. The room is always impeccable and with very nice details every day. The general friendliness and friendliness of all the staff. The hotel facilities and location are excellent. We will return without hesitation to this same hotel, with small things to improve, but we loved it. They accept animals, nice to see them. And the impressive smell of petunias in the gardens.

Self service restaurant. Would prefer several smaller restaurants where you are served at the table. Not always easy to find out what was available or happening.

Staff super helpful and nice. Excellent service. Gardens were beautiful. Large comfortable room opening onto garden. Easy access to beach and comfortable sunbeds well spaced out.

Air conditioning only working in certain areas of the hotel, we were offered to swap rooms but didn’t want to move all of our belongings. Also lack of evening entertainment, not much to do in the evening.

-The staff was super friendly and welcoming specially the restaurant staff ( Mohamed atteya , the X man and chef mahmoud el nunu they all made an extraordinary effort for us to enjoy our stay ) ( i should also applaud for the responsable of the bakery section he is super super super professional, all bakery were phenomenal ) -The hotel was very clean - the view was superb - the jacuzzi and massage mood was very relaxing also the staff was very professional and friendly - the food in the brazilian restaurant was very delicious Definitely it won’t be my last time to visit

The coffee from the machines was made with instant coffee so it was very poor. Also, the "Brazilian night" at the à la carte restaurant was disappointing... Better eat at the regular restaurant where the food is much more diverse and better!

Wonderful view and lovely beach, with beautiful gardens and friendly staff. Food was absolutely great, and the value for money was excellent. We had a great time with our usual waiter, Mohamed Atya, who always took great care of us!

The hotel, the beach and its surroundings are nice and clean. The rooms were always meticulously cleaned. The food menu was varied and tasty. Mr. Ahmed Mohamed the resturant manager was very welcoming and he went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.He is an intelligent and educated man and does his job conscientiously and professionally. Same for the reception team especially Mr. Wael We will be happy to come back to the hotel again.

The furniture was really worn out and old

The resort is well established, and it is right in front of the bus station! Staff was really friendly and helpful And best thing about the place was the beach, sandy and quite :)
