Everything was fine, facilities were clean except 3 things. First I heard loud voices till very late, even through my earplugs. Second , I left early and there no possibility to get breakfast , other hotels provide something to take away if you are leaving early. Third, when I’m about to leave , man get up to check something and told I can’t leave till he comeback. What is this? I felt frustrated, not happened with me before .

Didn’t have any internet 1st 3 days! Took a while to sort the problem. Gym floor dusty! Limited equipment in Gym. Poor view from the room.

Uber had a hard time finding the location. but luckily reception staff were able to help.

The place is so nice clean and comfortable The room service guys are so nice. I really liked the way they treat their costumes especially Mariam from the reception. she was so kind to us. And she knows what her customers need. Upon departure she also offered us coffee and one of the employees Yousef walked me to the uber with coffee in his hands. I appreciate your help. you too Akram from cleaning thank you for keeping my room tidy.

Everything is exceptional in this hotel comparing with its very reasonable price; reception staff like Ms. Doaa, Ms. Maryam & Mr. Tarek, Mr. Hesham are very helpful and welcoming, all other staff like Chef Emad & his team and even the house keepers are amazing persons and do their best to keep you comfortable. Rooms are super clean & quiet and hotel as a whole lies in a secured quiet compound with easy accessibility to all places in Cairo by Uber or similar. Breakfast is very good with good variety. I really loved the place and definitely would come back.

Everything is amazing, staff like Mr. Hesham, Ms. Doaa, Ms. Maryam,,Mr. Tarek, Chef Emad, even house keepers all are nice and extraordinary helpful. Location is very quiet in a secured compound and all places are accessible by Uber or similar, room is super clean, breakfast is very good, price is very reasonable compared with the surface provided. I really loved the place and I might come back whenever I’m in Cairo.

The entrance for the compound is only from one gate, which made it difficult to Uber reaching the hotel sometimes. But we made it so that’s not a big problem 🙂

The rooms are of a high level of cleanliness more than I expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, staff is always interested in your satisfaction especially Tariq from reception who helped me a lot And Doaa the laundryManager. Everything was perfect. Happy to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast food specially croissant and cup-cakes were not fresh all were dry. As I was staying on the top floor room 402, the water is suddenly cut off without informing the guest (my point of view is hotel should always taking care of this point and watch it imagen the guest is taking shower and this happened, how he or she come out from shower to call the reception? it is unacceptable.

very causey hotel, location was fine, staff were very helpful and friendly. quite room on the top floor I really recommend, but it is not romantic room at all.

the major problem was the transportation using upper is abig problem because the hotel is located inside the compound where facing a big trouble witg every trip with the security

Entry is through gate 6 of the pound If 5 is better and closer, but the pound system The road is a little broken inside the compound I can't enter the hotel Thank you very much once again

Easy check in and out. Good value for the money. Quiet yet central community. Friendly staff. The place looks exactly like the photos. The hotel manager was extremely helpful to sort out an issue with the booking.

Staff doesn’t really speak English. Smell of cigarettes in the room (carpets are everywhere); air conditioning makes a lot of noise; location is difficult to find, even with address, I had a lot of problems with taxi. No restaurant.
