While security is always great, the felt the number and frequency of questions on name, room number, time of checking, etc was a bit too much

A little far but that was not a negative really as I enjoyed the quiet. This is just a note for those who may want to be closer to museums and other attractions

The hotel is amazing, the space, the rooms, the walking track. I had a great stay. My room was super spacious (I upgraded for a fee because I wanted an early check in). The restaurants offer great food choices, the rooms offer good privacy, the pool area is big and a lovely place to relax and the bar offers beautiful views of the golf course. If you're looking for a luxury stay in Cairo, this is it. I also requested a late check out and they accommodated me until 2pm.

My stay at The Westin Golf Resort in Cairo was overall excellent, but there were several aspects that I believe could be improved. Firstly, the internet connection should be faster and more reliable to better meet the needs of business travelers and guests who rely on connectivity during their stay. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the breakfast. When booking, it was not clear whether the breakfast was included or available at an extra cost, which led to some confusion during my stay. Furthermore, there was an unfortunate incident where we were locked out of our room upon returning from breakfast, despite being back before the designated check-out time. This was a frustrating experience that could have been avoided. I also encountered issues with the room booking process. I initially booked a room with a garden golf view, but upon arrival, I was informed that it was not available. Consequently, I agreed to pay a difference for a room with a pool view. However, during the check-out process, I was surprised to be informed that the initial calculation of the difference was incorrect, resulting in a further additional charge. I believe that addressing these areas for improvement would further enhance the overall guest experience at the resort.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Westin Golf Resort in Cairo, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. The customer service at this establishment is truly top-notch - the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The resort itself is outstanding, with luxurious amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the small details that really made a difference for me was the presence of a high-quality coffee machine and a selection of fancy coffee and tea, as well as actual coffee cups and bathroom original containers, which truly made me feel at home. The room size was also very comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the design and furnishings. The food quality at the resort was amazing, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which I would confidently say is one of the best I've had in Egypt.
