Noise on the beach due to construction. Music at the pool and on the beach was too loud, it should be peaceful. Animation kept us up one night as the music was so loud, the bass was vibrating our room. Had rabbits and chickens in a pen all day and night for Easter celebration which was strange and cruel. Not sure why that was necessary? Staff asked for good reviews

The hotel was very clean, both in the restaurant and the grounds. Beautifully designed outside and lovely flowers. The reef was beautiful. Staff were always excited to share what they had seen on the reef that day. The hotel was smaller than others but I liked that. Our room had a lovely view of the pool, easy access and close to the restaurants. The staff were very friendly, big smiles and always there to help. We especially liked Mohamed who served us our drinks on the terrace outside at the main buffet. I would come back, had a very nice stay. I think it will be very good once they finish construction.

-food can be more tasty, except soups, pastries, noodles and pizza (ask chef Mohamed a customized pizza and you will be happy) -room's furniture needs to be updated -we had a problem in our room's air-conditioner, there was a bad smell when turned it on but the staff tried to solve it, sometimes it works others not, but we didn't need it at night so it was ok

-the hotel is very nice -beach and coral reef are AMAZING -the staff is wonderful and very helpful, every day we receive whatsApp message (by Sherif from reception) to ask if we need anything, managers are very polite and they provided their services spatially Mr. Adel (reception manager) and Mr. Mohamed (housekeeping manager). all others are very nice. big Thank to chef Mohamed on pizza station: your pizzas are delicious. thanks Shebl -rooms are clean -mattress and pillows are very comfy -big variety of food at the restaurant -perfect value per money

Nothing, everything was perfect

The staff was so friendly and helpful in every way, the food was amazing and everyday different variety. Amazing housekeeping, towel art everyday. Even if beach is by walk 5 min, we preferred the pool as it was so nice and clean. Bars everywhere, that was something for us. Would recommend to anyone. Also Ahmed at the reception was amazing with helping us with all our problems during the stay, we couldn’t ask for better care.

This was our 1st time in Sharm El-Sheikh and at this resort. Let me say from the outset the staff we exceptional. They made us feel very welcome and catered to all needs even the one we didn't know we had. The resort has everything you need. The Al-a-Carte restaurants we very good especially the Indian. The pool area is clean tidy and the staff once again we exceptional. The pool bar served drinks all day with staff attending us very quickly, we very rarely had to wait for a drink. The bar had a nice selection of drinks that were included and again the staff made it amazing. As above the staff made us wait very rarely. The entertainment in the evening was very good and catered to both children and adults. The rooms were clean, tidy and a good size. We would like to mention Shbei was an absolute star and our trip would not have been as great as it was without him. A true gentleman. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough. Well done.

We realy had a fantastic time, staff made our stay so comfortable, very friendly and polite staff . They know how to handle their guests. Reception had our check-in in no time. Unfortunately the provided bad coffee and bad cappuccino with an unknown machine. The gym is too small despite they have a lot of space available in the structure. However this resort is under further development, guess they will improve.

This resort is well organized, close to the beach and has a good buffet restaurant. Liked the animatons Lucifer and Mira, they were very friendly, and also the cockers and receptionists are valuable persons. I Liked very much the pizza they provided, similar to real italian high quality pizza.
