Food was ok, but not adopted to the EU citizens, so it would be necessary to upgrade with more different international food, and the same applies to soft drinks, where there is almost no choice for low-calorie drinks. The fruit selection is also very poor, I excpected more.

The staff and management were more than friendly, they always help and taking care for our well-being. Rooms are big and clean but will slowly need renovation. They have amazing Mongolian kitchen, also other Asian kitchen was good.

I like everything in this resort .. the hospitality at reception, restaurants, life guards and everyone would like to give you an assisstance wherever you ask for .. The food is delciuous . I will rate it 4 out of 5 .. Actually is a nice place to look for a good vacation .

The shop onsite was VERY expensive , outdoor area for the entertainment could be slightly better , more tables etc. entertainment team was good however there was no encouragement for the kids club If you book any boat trips , please book in the Marina , a lot cheaper

Hotel beautiful , friendly staff , very clean , good food. Cheap Uber taxis to the Marina. The boat trip to paradise island definitely worth the trip however please book in the Marina as it’s a lot cheaper than using the hotel reps.

The sewage smell near the flower beds. But after few days it looked like the problem was being resolved. Entertainment during the winter should rather be held in the coffee lounge near reception . Was too noisy having it in the disco and especially for people who do not drink I did not like to have to come into close contact with the alcohol.

I love the location. Easy access to the airport and city center. The architecture and design of the hotel makes everything very accessible and convenient. The staff are always going the extra mile

the beach if you were looking for snorkelling as it is shallow at times the water reached my waist.

We loved the immense hospitality at the check-in counter when we arrived. it was swift, and hassle-free. we were offered juice while our stay was sorted out. the people in the reception were fantastic and very welcoming. Our room was upgraded because it was our first visit, and we appreciated the gesture very much. the rooms are clean and spacious, with a relaxing view of the pool. the pools were the highlight of our trip since we were traveling with our 5-year-old son who had a blast. the beach was great however it was very shallow but it wasn't a massive issue for us. the food was great we had a vast variety of food in each meal and it was great. would come here again with my family.

Not enough entertainment for adults. The hotel is more focused on families with children. Adults are bored. There are a lot of children. The pool near the swim-up rooms is cold.

Restaurants alla carte - not enought staff to serve all guests. Italian alla carte, very poor quality, I think only bolognese was a pasta we enjoyed. Animation team just walking around with some good morning. We were also in Titanic Resort and its nothing to compare. For us just boring, even kids were not motivated enough to join them. Foam party - huge disaster. Dear Management please kindly look closely to it before some huge accident will happen.

We had a perfect room, clean with nice view, close to kids aqua park. AC working perfectly. Housekeeping on the top. Nice, and tasty food in main restaurant with good variety. Recommend to try Mongolian alla carte. Beach and pools are clean with amazing staff always happy to assist you. Overall we had a nice family stay. Bravo for lifeguards team during foam party, you did amazing job.

Bellman was really reluctant on arrival and at time of check out The hotel gate security person is really not nice and lazy working Early closing hours for swimming pools and aqua After using summer time it's not suitable to start the minidisco at 8 o'clock

Excellent hotel of good quality. Quick check in. Spacious, clean room, mini-bar, kettle and tea and coffee. Large, well-groomed territory, cleanliness everywhere, beautiful gardens, trees, fountains, a very cozy place! Diverse, tasty, high-quality food: meat, fish, chicken, turkey, lamb. Drinks, snacks, fresh juices. Friendly staff throughout the hotel: reception, waiters, recreation, cleaners, restaurant workers, cooks, animation. Everyone does their job professionally and efficiently. Lots of entertainment for kids. Happy children, happy parents. Two water parks with slides, playground, mini disco every day. Beautiful sea, clean beach, there are always free sunbeds. Excellent buffet, but for a change there are great restaurants Ala Carte, guest relations will help to book. You immediately feel that the hotel is run by a true professional. Mr. Ayman El Sayed is a real credit for this hotel, because he understands well what is needed for a quality holiday and to satisfy the needs of any guests! Thank you very much! Kids playing area need more attention and cleaning.

Second time with all inclusive stay and I can tell I love it especially with 2 years old baby. Hotel top shelf with all aspects. Staff always very helpful with fantastic service.
