The food options need to be enhanced a lot more than that, the delivery options to the hotel are almost non-existent - we had to ask people to buy things and come to the hotel to drop it off, since most delivery apps don't even consider coming to this location, and the few ones that do, don't cover all categories and essentials. Another thing would be considering more flexibility with receiving visitors, specially that

The staff were very friendly, which made a lot of things much easier - specially that it was short trip for a family occasion and we needed a lot of support with the preprations and visitors etc. I want to give a special thanks to Mrs. Sanaa for her amazing Guest Relations service and experience, she truly made our lives easier throughout the few days we spent. That extends to the bell boy as well as the check-in counter staff - all very helpful and friendly.

Parking inside the hotel is paid by 50 LE/night and it is not free Power and water supply shut down for 2 hours at critical time that i want to go for work and i have to find anywhere outside the hotel to find a toilet in early morning

Lack of restaurant or bar was a negative for us in the evening, but as we were there for a wedding and only for 1 night we managed. We here headed out early so did not get to see much of breakfast, but did not see much we would chose to eat. Coffee was a DIY effort of instant sachets, and an Urn of hot water

The hotel is not a five-star facility at all. The furniture, the finishing and the staff are not matching this standard. The hotel needs a full renovation. They need to take care more about the cleanliness. Although it was mentioned in Booking that the family room which I stayed in has a garden and pool view, but actually it has a balcony to a closed yard with an artificial grass. Despite the area around the hotel being empty, they charged 50 EGP per day for car parking.

The carpet of the room felt like a dirty old carpet. The shower gel provided was not good. The room service took long hours on some days. It is far inside the family park, makes it difficult for a casual stride outside.

The rooms were vast and comfortable.
