The staff at the hotel exuded warmth and friendliness, making our stay truly enjoyable. In particular, Diaa, who manned the front desk, stood out with his exceptional helpfulness and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and provided valuable assistance throughout our stay. Hossam, the restaurant staff member, also left a lasting impression with his outstanding service. He effortlessly navigated between guest tables, always ready to lend a hand and make dining experiences memorable for everyone. Meanwhile, at the panorama bar, Ahmad's pleasant demeanor and welcoming nature made it impossible to overlook his presence. The hotel's animation team was a constant source of energy and excitement. They kept us entertained with a plethora of engaging activities and ensured that there was never a dull moment during our stay. Their enthusiasm and dedication added an extra layer of fun and enjoyment to our overall experience. Additionally, the rooms were immaculate, reflecting the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and comfort. The breathtaking sea view from our accommodations added a touch of serenity and beauty to our stay. It was a truly mesmerizing sight that enhanced the overall ambiance and made our time at the hotel even more enjoyable.

People were really friendly and helpful with everything. The environment was just perfect for a moment of relax and taking a break of reality. Animators were amazing and funny to be around, especially Lera, Castelo and Pika. Food was fresh and great every day, a lot of choices so everyone can find something for themselves. The Italian chef Saied prepared delicious pasta (we love you). Room was very clean and comfortable, and Mohammed was taking care of it everyday. Sea was amazing and the coral barrier was beautiful. Beach was so clean, as whole resort. The team is taking an amazing care of it and it shows. We had such a great time, money spent for all inclusive were worth it as you can get drinks and food at anytime. One thing I will never forget is seeing happy faces all the time from every staff member which makes the experience amazing, we will surely consider coming back in the future.

Hotel taxi is so expensive. you should download sharm taxi app before you came to the hotel. You didn't go anywhere without taxi. the hotel taxi staff is very insistent. Free hotel internet is not working effective . If you want to use hotel internet, you must pay extra money.

Hotel is excellent. The staff are very kindly and helpful. They allowed to stay hotel after check-out. There are a lot of facilities. You can dive and see different fishes and coral at hotel beach.

Only negative were mosquitoes.

Everything was perfect. Helpful staff on reception, nice rooms, beautiful surrounding. Everything was clean, really cozy beds. Meal in restaurant was delicious, every day was something different. The coral reef is beautiful, however on one beach is the area in water really small and the lifeguard don't allow to swim elsewhere. The second beach is great, almost no restrictions.

I liked everything.

This place is wonderful. It was perfect for what I wanted. I stayed before at larger resorts in Sharm and did not like it. Sharm Club is in between. It never felt overcrowded. The location is amazing since it has a lovely walkway to walk from one side of the bay to the other. Amazing pools and access to the ocean are so easy. No need to go on snorkel trips, since you can do it from the hotel dock. The food is good and the Reception Team, staff are so nice and professional. I also had fun with the animation team, but I can see if people want silence then the music might be distracting.

We did not like the animation team (the one in may-june this year was way better).

I liked the corrals in front of the hotel (wich are one of the best in Sharm). That was the reason we came back. The hotel keeps renovating, but at a slow pace, the employees were polite, the food was good (but not too varied). Special thanks to Natalia from the guest relation desk and everyboby from the reception!

Bad wifi

Very good hotel. Nice reef, great area. Lots of sun loungers, hammocks, two swimming pools. Delicious food, clean dishes. All staff work well. From reception to cooks and room cleaners. Diaa and Ahmed in the lobby were always helpful with all questions.
