The property was not clean, the bathroom sink was broke and it kept dropping water. there was no proper ventilation in the bathroom which made the whole room smell bad most of the time. The beds were not comfortable, the furniture was old and in a bar condition, the fridge was broken.

Nice little hotel in a great location. The room was big and spacious with high ceilings, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff are extremely friendly - they were very flexible about check out, which we appreciated. There was hot water and decent pressure most of the time. For an Alexandria hotel, it is very good value for money. We would stay here again.

Amazing location right in the centre and close to water. We had a sea view from our room. Staff were nice. Bed was best in Egypt a sheet then blanket. Simple but everything you need. For the price it was awesome.

The room was dirty and smelled like an ashtray, the towel was not fresh, there was no hot water, the door lock didn't function properly. So, I didn't dare stay there 15 minutes and left for a hotel nearby.

No AC. 6 hours to fix the TV. Fans broken. No coffee maker. Bathroom water dropping. Noisy, difficult to sleep, reception employees and staff are not helpful to fix problems, they just sit on their phones all day and do nothing. No parking downstairs.

Let’s see.. should I begin with the giant ROACHES? Or the Fact that it was a COMPLETELY different Room? Terrible, scary, moldy, smelly, loud, torn sheets, dirty pillows, absolutely disgusting! I will never even book with booking.com because of this experience. They didn’t even handle the situation. I was left in that situation with my daughter!

I can recommend it for brief, budget stay only. The towel was dirty they gave, the room was cold and filthy, the shower was also broke, hardly any water came out of the broken head.

The staff is young and friendly, pretty helpfull, the hotel is in a good location.

The room smells bad. There is no hot water. The receptionist, which are a bunch of men make noises all night in addition to the street noises so you literally can not sleep. The receptionist are disrespectful and lack integrity. NO recommended for women nor families.

The bathroom had a bit of plumbing issues in that when you showered the floor would be covered in water for at least 30 minutes after you're done, otherwise no other problems.

The hotel is in the perfect central location, with views of the mediterranean! The price is great, especially for a private room/bathroom.

You can barely recognize the room from the online photos. except the doors to the little balcony, which didn't even want to fully close and were dirty. The bed was not comfortable at all. The towel was clean, but full of stains. Bathroom was dirty and extremely small. You might have to use the toilet with the door open. Also, the door handle is missing. The shower head is very dirty and broken, all the water leaks on the sides. Because the doors to the balcony don't close properly and the traffic is horrible (plus a tram line), expect a lot of noise. The door to the room looks like a prison door. There is a vent at the bottom of it, for I don't know what reasons, but all I know is that I hated it for how much noise was passing through. All mirrors were dirty. For hygiene reasons, I wouldn't even want to use that little fan. The garbage bins were dirtier than what I wanted to throw into them. The wall socket barely holds anything. And the price isn't even that low compared to other locations (all better locations).
