There is wifi only in the reception area, and the connection was sometimes rather weak. We personally didn't mind having some digital detox time while being in our room. However, we bought an Egyptian sim card from the hotel kiosk, too, which worked fine. Music in the pool and restaurant areas is quite decent and not too disturbing. (However, we personally wouldn't mind a pool or restaurant without any music at all.) Pool music is switched off during the night so that the area is really quiet.

We were the first time at Tropitel Dahab, and it won't be the last! The stay was exceptional. We booked all-inclusive, and the buffet was always very tasty and varied. Special thanks to the staff: People are very friendly and helpful, and the athmosphere in the team is very good. The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, and the location is great: directly in front of the hotel there is a fantastic house reef with rich coral growth, where we went snorkeling and diving every day. Many thanks also to the excellent team of the hotel's dive center Lagona Divers North! Many of the guests have come to Tropitel Dahab several times already, and we can fully understand why.

Niched in lush greenery and bougainvilia bushes around 5 kilometres from the town of Dahab, Tropitel Hotel is a perfect spot for your short or mid-term stay in the area. It's a small set of 2-stories buildings, surrounding the swimming pool, with direct access to the beach. I spent 5 marvellous days there and regret that I departed, but - life is like that. The food is varied and excellent: local and European, coffee and soft drinks are offered as well. Smiling and welcoming, the staff is discreet but always here if you need someone. A special thanks to Engy for her care and kindness and who making my stay unforgettable

The staff is amazing... Hanna from the bar, wauwwww, i never met a person who is so hard working, always there, trying to make your holiday amazing, big thanks to Hanna. Waleed from the restaurant, so friendly, so helpfull... Angy, the guestrelation, she's so sweet, helpfull. Hamza, from the animation team, she's so sweet with my children, we loved her a lot, Mohamed from the bar, always smiling, hard working, friendly. And big thanks to Ahmed, who's always hard working, carrying suitcase, helping people, always there if you need anything big thanks to Ahmed... The hotel is so relaxing, the housereef is amazing,.... i will come back!

There could be more egyptian, rather than continental food on the lunch and dinner buffet. Sometimes the music at the pool was way too loud, but they turn it lower, if you ask.

A little paradise on earth. Wonderful staff, especially Marco at the reception and Yasmine, who does heavenly massages. But almost everyone is just so nice, welcoming and forthcoming and intend to make ones stay simply wonderful. The pool and beach and gardens are just beautiful, the rooms very comfortable with good matresses. There is a really nice breakfast buffet. I can't wait for my next stay and if you find it, book it, you won't find anything more heavenly in Dahab. This really is a rare find! There is a free shuttle to Dahab center....

Wi-Fi should definitely be provided at all public areas at least, including beach front, poolside, etc. Staff serving itself from the lunch and dinner buffet, frequently ahead of closing times, is unfortunate and should be organized differently. Environmental policy with regard to local and organic food supply should be respected. Kids animation should be fostered, and pool closing by sundown is quite early for nice evenings.

Had a marvellous stay in all senses. This is a great, calm place of relatively compact size, especially apt for divers (on-site SSI operator) and families, as well as for those in need of digital detox and pure relaxation. A hotel that cannot be compared to the typical huge all-inclusive resorts for the masses. Food and drinks offer is slightly above basic, but neither exceptional, diversity of servings is rather low. However, we got takeaway breakfast bags prepared due to early check-out time, great service, helpful staff!
