We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

ItalyThe hotel offers very few plant-based options for vegans, particularly for breakfast and dinner. Additionally, we would recommend installing a water dispenser to allow guests to refill their water bottles, which would help reduce the use of plastic.
We really enjoyed our stay in the single-bed room with a beautiful pool view. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

TurkeyAnimation team make some strange body movements with strange noises. It is not a dance nor an animation. They do not respect people who wants to relax on a silent environment.
The hotel location was near to Old Bazaar (5 minutes walking distance) and hotel has its private sandy beach. Staff was very friendly, they are always ready to help with a smiley face. The food was good. We will stay again if we visit Sharm.

United KingdomFood was not good quality and left over food used in salad next day, not much choice of salad , mostly cabbage no lettuce everyday , food wasn’t kept very hot . I asked for a glass of white wine as I was all inclusive , it came out looking brown like brandy smelt sour so couldn’t drink it. Animation team played very loud music around pool I had guests who I couldn’t talk to because it was so loud, I asked for it to be turned down the young guy said it couldn’t be and was like it everyday which it wasn’t I stayed for a week. Had to ask about pool towel which I then had to go across the road to beach to get it . Entertainment was non existent except karaoke every night.

Location is very good. It is really close to old market. They give beach towel. They clean the room every day and change towels. Also bring water(1,5lt) to room every day. They also help to keep luggage into reception. Staffs are very kind and cheerfull. They have entertainment in beach area. The beach is just across the street from hotel (1 min)

Very good location for the old market, semi-submarine rides, and diving from Sharm Marina. If you are there mainly for diving, then this is perfect. You'd be last to be picked up and first to he dropped off (less than 5 minutes in the van). For divers, there is no need to pay for all-inclusive as you'd be on a boat all day. Just get a B&B stay. Then go to the old market for dinner in the evening which is just a few minutes' walk. Staff are friendly, and a little tip goes a long way. This is not a posh hotel at all, says 3 star, but it's basic by Western standards. However, staff do try their best. Clean and basic, good value for money.
