The smell of cigarettes in the bathroom, menu in the restaurant was very limited, many positions were not available. AC blows right on you when you are sleeping, I (personally) don’t like it.

The great view on pyramids (specific rooms and rooftop), nice and friendly staff, pick-up and drop-off transfer (a bit overpriced, but comfortable, no regrets), tours can be organized right in the hotel.

There were only 3 different same menus every morning, maybe they could offer some kind of buffet or other menus

The people there were very friendly and helpful. They were always in a good mood and greeted us with a smile every time. And the view from our room was also beautiful.

I had issues with WiFi .

Probably one of few hotels in this region with that amazing views of pyramids . Locations is just perfect . Very helpful staff and they have good drivers , felt safe . Thanks Mahmoud for showing around some nice places .

Improvement: Water was getting stuck in washbasin. It drained very slowly. Nice to have: one soap/hand shower per person instead of one soap for all.

Our room for 4 person (2 double beds) had an amazing view of the Pyramids. Situated right next to the main road(1 km away from pyramids). Breakfast was amazing - freshly prepared and very good in taste. Great team work by Azza/Samar/Esraa/Ahmed/Fayza. The hotel restaurant has affordable food options which tastes really good. We had both breakfast and lunch.

Staffs are good and supportive. Few names to mention like tour guide Taha and Mahmoud was amazing and similar for Esra on the restaurant. Location is too good. Highly recommended

Beds and pillows were a bit hard for us, but with a full days of touring around the amazing sites in Cairo, this was a minimal issue.

Location was amazing. Your balcony overlooks the pyramids. Breakfast included and the price for the location was on point. We stayed for a day or two, then came back and stayed in the same location a few days later. Restaurants all around you can walk to, to eat tasty food.

I would mention our bathroom as the only negative, where unfortunately the drainage was problematic.

We were very satisfied with the staff. Without exception, everyone was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay with the hotel's transfer upon our arrival, but this was quickly made up for, they apologized frequently and therefore asked for less for the transport. We asked for a 1-day ride to Alexandria, which we were completely satisfied with. Food was very tasty. You should definitely try the potato kofta, which is served with a very unique spice. I got the recipe. Once again, I would like to welcome the restaurant staff, who were very kind throughout. Azza, Samar, Ahmed & Esraa, nice to meet you and thank you for your kindness! Regardless, I recommend the hotel to everyone, because you can't get enough of the restaurant's panorama. :)

The pictures in booking.com aren’t exactly what you’ll see in the actual stay. The towels and bed sheets need a change. The AC isn’t strong.

Bathroom was so small and it needs more cleaning

The view of pyramids in the terrace is absolutely wonderful. When you enter terrace you can see directly the pyramids of gisa. The workers of the kitchen is really helpful, especially Esraa and Ahmed. Chiefs of the kitchen served us delicious breakfast. Thank you for all.

A bit of a rickety bed with springs sticking up (used to memory foam topper these days!) some iffy plug sockets, a faulty lamp- which they then swopped. Bit of a cramped shower/loo space. We were late to breakfast & not much left on one occasion. But the kindness of the staff made up for this…
