You just need to inform about the regulations, because it is not possible that you can ask for the room to be cleaned at any time. I highly recommend the facility! 

chose Villa 22 because of the place for breakfast, because I don't want to get out in the morning. Assistance and equipment service. On diving days, I received breakfast at 7.15 in the room :) The manager organized a wonderful birthday party for me on the roof.

I’d like them to improve the basic things inside the room, if there could be some towels and soups in the bathroom it would be even more perfect!

We had a great breakfast on the roof of the hotel overlooking the Red Sea. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to check-out late and it was very helpful for us. The location is great and a quick walk to shops/beach. Would recommend!

Excellent people. Most modern rooms in dahab. Five minute walk to the main hub. Everything works which in Egypt is high praise indeed. Roof terrace is also fantastic and the owners and managers fun people to hang with.

The only problem I had with the place is that my apartment was close to the road which can be noisy at night. Also, there is a mosque very close which means 5am call to prayer. If you can handle these things, it's a wonderful place.

The location is great for the main strip, you are very close to all the restaurants, shops, cafes and Lighthouse. The apartment itself is very nice, basic, but nice. The staff, Khaled and Ferris are both great people, they make you feel very at home.

We loved everything, so these very minor points did not affect our enjoyment of the stay: it would have been handy to have a towelling bathmat to use inside the bathroom (there was a doormat outside) and more toiletries, as there were two of us, and we stayed a few nights.

Central yet very quiet location on a side street just off the main road, looking over a green space behind. Just 5 min walk from the main promenade. Huge room and well equipped kitchenette. Good breakfast on the rooftop terrace. We didn't use the downstairs seating area but it looked cozy.

The roof could see some improvement as it doesnt have shade, the roof on the castle was better. Also the door were clanky but that's minor

We arrived one day earlier and told them so via booking but they didn't have the room we wanted available. Ali took care of it and the next day we were moved to another villa (The Castle) and got a really nice room that has everything we needed.

Many of the facilities in the room were falling apart or not working: 1. NO WIFI RECEPTION AT ALL :( 2. Loose and barely hanging (although working) faucets. 3. No where to hang stuff in an otherwise spacious bathroom, 4. Garbage bags that don't fit the garbage can. 5. Bathroom door opens only by force. 6, Exposed electric wires.

The staff is incredibly kind, useful and helpful. There is always someone who speaks good English but most of the staff understand basic English. There is always someone available via Whatsapp which i comfortable. They allow check in late ate night. Bed and pillow are comfy. Air conditioners work very well and facilitate a good nigh sleep and a comfortable stay in the room. Nice small balcony with a nice view and a place to hang things to dry.

There’s nothing to not like about the actual property; however, on one afternoon we were at home without electricity for 4 hours, we suspected a power cut, but it later transpired that it was they key card for the meter needed topping up! Whilst this itself is a minor issue, the manager’s response to a simple question about the situation was completely obnoxious and abusive and unfortunately put a bit of a damper on things; he later apologised but it would have been better had his approach been more professional.

The location of Villa 22 is amazing; a short 5 minute walk to the walking area,shops, restaurants and the sea, but away from the hustle and bustle, so was very quiet, especially at night! The room was perfect, including a living area with kitchenette, dining table, sofas and tv! The separate bedroom was a good size, with ample storage space, and a good sized bathroom with independent water heater!

The stay didn’t start great as the staff said the credit card machine was broken and said I must pay in cash. But when my Egyptian friend called on my behalf, the machine magically wasn’t broken anymore. After this call, the staff was extra friendly. I was given a different room than I booked, but the staff gave me a a desk in my room to resolve the issue. The water that comes out of the shower/sinks is brown at first then clears up. If you want to do laundry you must buy your own detergent and pay 200 Egyptian pounds to do it yourself, or otherwise pay 10EGP per piece to have someone do it for you (which is prob a better deal).

The property and room I was given was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop is gorgeous, especially at sunset. And the location was perfect, right around the corner from the bus station as well. I loved the friendly cats on the property.

The location is great, very close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the suites come with a couch, table, full-size refrigerator and complete kitchen. There are two AC units in the suites, and the beds are big. There aren't very many rooms in total which makes it feel cozier. I would recommend this place!

I booked room with one big bed, but received room with 2 separate beds. We arrived about 6 p.m. and on the reception didn't find anybody, we have to wait until someone came. And we can't paid by card, as the machine was broken (not sure that it was true, guess they just wanted to receive cash in dollars)

Lovely apartment with 2 rooms and small kitchenet. There was everything you need - fridge, kettel. small oven and cutlery. I liked the restraunt on the roof with spectacular view to the mountiens and the sea. The breakfast was on choice - egyptian, standard and health. We choose standard, it was good and big enough.
